Have enjoyed using it for the past year but few months back, it broke, the legs on one side snapped off as I set it down. Sad it didn't last longer but it was perfect for my purposes.

Brilliant for LegoAnonymous reviewerMy 5yo is in his Lego phase and this wee table is great for him to use on the floor to build. The gap that you’re supposed to use for a tablet is perfect to put the instructions in and you can line the minifigures up in it while they wait for the next bit to be built. Only minus is that we bought it in black (his choice) and it’s tricky to see the black Lego pieces on it. I think white on white would be easier. We fold it up and tuck under the sofa when he’s not building.

BrokenAnonymous reviewerHad 5 of these delivered and 3 out of 4 are broken. One arrived broken and the others all broke in the first 2 weeks. Something is wrong with the plastic in this batch perhaps, they are all brittle and the legs are snapping.
Easily brokenAnonymous reviewerHad this item for perhaps a week before one of the little catches on one side snapped off. Managed to still use it but a bit fiddly to put together. Now, while trying to get the other side locked in, one of the legs on the other side completely snapped. The legs don't slip in easily (even when following the instructions) so pressure is often needed. However, it's this pressure that leads to the plastic snapping. Disappointed by this product, especially considering I bought it to replace the wooden 'resgods' bed tray which also became unusable after less than a year of use due to one of the screws coming loose and the grooves becoming worn so unable to screw back in. Not sure where to go to next for my 3rd bed tray!
Oddly rather brilliantAnonymous reviewerI recently had surgery and wanted an overbed tray/table so I could watch tv or work on my tablet or laptop. We bought a robust standing desk/overbed table on amazon. While it was quite good, it has a reach problem. To our surprise, this light-weight cheap IKEA alternative is just what the Doctor (me) ordered. It does the trick. Easy to put up and down. And is robust. I wouldn't put any drinks (or croissants) on it though!

Disappointing Anonymous reviewerI loved this tray for one day then one of the legs wouldn’t work as the noggins that held it in place came away. I continued to use it by wedging the leg in but it wasn’t fully stable.
A couple of days later the second leg did exactly the same rendering the tray completely unusable.
I live 90 miles from my nearest Ikea so it wasn’t possible to return it.

Joint snappedAnonymous reviewerMechanism to open and close very stiff, you almost have to yank it open so this would not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. Unfortunately one table leg join/mechanism snapped and whilst I can fit into position storing is a pain as it always falls off. I'd look for an occasional table that isn't plastic.
