KLIPPFISK frying pan has a modern and colourful design, making it perfect to place on the table and serve from.

Works well on all types of hobs, including induction hob.

The hardwearing sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating reduces the risk of food burning or getting stuck.

The frying pan has two spouts and is therefore easy to use for both right- and left-handed cooks.

Comfortable wooden handle makes it easy to lift the frying pan.

Made from aluminium, which spreads heat evenly and energy efficiently, and makes it easier to regulate heat so the food does not burn and stick.

Easy to use and clean by hand, thanks to the non-stick coating.

Suits well with KNORRHANE utensils and other products in the KLIPPFISK series.

Good to know

Use only wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges.

This product has a non-stick coating where no PTFE or other PFAS have been allowed.

Wash this product before using it for the first time.

Avoid heating a dry and empty frying pan too quickly, especially with the induction hob's booster function, as this can cause the pan to warp and negatively affect the coating's non-stick properties.

Turns to trash after second monthAnonymous reviewerIt was very good for 2 months. We used it everyday, washed with only sponge, used only wooden on it. In third month, first it start burning food very fast. Then inside of it changed color to a burnt brown. It is 4. month now. Bottom turns black everytime we cook. It burns every type of food immediately. Black eggs, black bread. It Lost its function entirely. Everything we eat from this becomes unhealthy in seconds. Customer care opened a case for this and decision was to “ wash the stains with a different cleaner” . I told all about it and customer care didnt accept the poor quality or manufacturing error of the product. If you are looking for a pan that you can use only for 2 months, this is the one1

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties.
