The footstool has a generous storage space under the seat for you to keep things you need close at hand and still have the area around the sofa neat and tidy.

Tallmyra is a hardwearing chenille cover made of cotton and polyester and has a soft surface and a slightly reflective lustre.

The cover is easy to keep clean since it can be machine washed and is easy to take off and put on again.

Freakishly heavy, though, especially the lid section, so I added hinges to make it more usable day to day. Also replaced the feet with castors, which makes it much easier to manoeuvre. I found it reduced in price in the Bargain Corner, so very happy! Take your time getting the cover on, it makes all the difference to how the finished article looks.5
