Poor build qualityAnonymous reviewerShelving unit was fine but two of the inserts were damaged. Having trekked all the way to Exeter ikea, collected everything, scanned it all myself, put in barcodes for items that would not scan, then to have to come back, queue to return, then have to go and source the replacements myself without even a sorry our product was defective is poor, hence the rating. Meatballs to that!1
