DamagedAnonymous reviewerThere are multiple places of damage. Poor quality and light weight material. Will need to contact customer services to sort this. It's disappointing as it's a waste of time. This is the second damaged product in my order.

Not quite as intendedAnonymous reviewerBought the kallax unit with the draw inserts for my cd collection. Unfortunately when you stand the cds on their end so you can see the artists name the draws do not close so they have to be put on a slight angle. Probably my own fault for not measuring before buying. It does however look very nice and is easy to assemble of course.

And a product that was damaged upon opening. The package isn’t damaged so someone has placed in the box damaged. Come on IKEA , why?
