Your response was your mailbox is busy but asked me to send description and pictures which I did. Then you asked. me to bring it back if there is a fault inspite raising the fault with you. Unfortunately, I don't have a vehicle that will take the chair as a whole without dismantling it so what's the way forward please1

Just feels like a scam. Every other thing works for me but don't be deceived that it recline. If I could get a reclining version that would be great bit I feel this ad was deceptiv.1

Quiet chair but flimsy plastic arm rest is a shameVerified ReviewerThis chair does not come with the knob for spring adjustment which is great design and love the quiet function (as of now) where other chairs bought from amazon will squeak after a month or two onward. Finger crossed this is not the case here.
Assembly not too bad at all quite straightforward but the safe lock wheel is a mess up. Sometime I need to clean the floor and need to stand up and adjust the chair but it is like sticking on the mat floor. If you buy such chair make sure you are not sitting on the mat floor or else your need a sheet of the plastic cover mat to put on it.
Overall, 3 oo 5 as it does not seem value for money with such cheap look arm rest. It should be a leather cushion arm rest in my opinion. Quietness and comfort are scoring 5 on my rating.3

Gives you more painVerified ReviewerI like the design overall, however the seat is hard as wood and causes pain at the bottom after 15 min of sit.
Lumbar support can only be vertically adjust means it's digging into my back causing more pain.
Lastly safety wheel lock is frustrating especially on mat floor2

Decent chair, terrible lumbar support.Verified ReviewerOverall the build quality for the chair is reasonably good with a sturdy metal frame running down the spine of it, Its biggest let down however is the back support which is truly terrible, the barely padded lumbar support block is totally insufficient when you push against it. You can move the pad up and down giving around 2-3 inches of verticle movement unfortunately it was as equally uncomfortable regardless of its position.2
