Woeful packagingAnonymous reviewerBought this bottle from your Cardiff store. Impossible to remove outer wrapping it just splinters off a millimeter at a time. Why oh why does a water bottle need a wadteful and unecessary plastic packing wrap I don't know. Don't see why I have to spend 10 quid in petrol to drive back to return item when the item only cost 3 quid. Total rip off.
