The hardwearing sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating reduces the risk of food burning or getting stuck.

The pan has a rounded interior, which makes stirring and beating easy.

Non-stick coating allows frying with less fat.

Made of stainless steel, which makes the pans durable and easy to clean.

Thick base with one layer of aluminium between two layers of stainless steel. Gives an even and energy-efficient heat, which reduces the risk of food burning and sticking.

You can cook food on a low heat and save energy because the stainless steel in the pan absorbs heat well and retains it for a long time.

Easy to hang up and store by using the hole in the handle.

This product has a non-stick coating where no PTFE or other PFAS have been allowed.

Wash this product before using it for the first time.

Avoid heating a dry and empty frying pan too quickly, especially with the induction hob's booster function, as this can cause the pan to warp and negatively affect the coating's non-stick properties.

Reduced Coating DurabilityAnonymous reviewerHad one in 2024 which was still non-stick after a whole year. Lost it and bought another one in 2025 which had a different coloured coating. This one only lasted 5 months before it begun to stuck frying eggs. All under regular care hand-washing.2

Very poor quality – not worth the moneyAnonymous reviewert’s practically impossible to use. Food sticks immediately, even with oil, and the fat burns very quickly, leaving an indelible burnt ring around the pan. It also starts smoking almost straight away, even when the food itself isn’t burnt. Overall, the performance is extremely poor and the pan is not fit for purpose. Absolutely rubbish and definitely not worth the price.1

Surface burnt after very little useAnonymous reviewerWe had a problem with one where one side started smoking and was then permanently damaged shortly after purchase. Fortunately the surface did not break up or shed anything. I was using a high heat, but only on a normal domestic gas hob. The rest of the pan has remained ok even after similar treatment, so a bit of a mystery. Still use it occasionally for fried and scrambled eggs where the undamaged nonstick surface is good.3

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
