Wow amazing Anonymous reviewerSo happy with my new stainless steel pan,it’s nonstick I fried eggs the first day, no sticking on the pan, there are so many videos on YouTube about how to use stainless steel pans, just follow the couple of steps and trust me you won’t regret it, I have 2 in 365+ range now I want all the sizes.5
Nice Frying panAnonymous reviewerits good but some things still stick even with a film of cooking oil4
No TeflonAnonymous reviewerWanted a frying pan just like this. First class. Would recommend5
Excellent StainlessAnonymous reviewerTo the monkeys who say this item doesnt work and is not non stick. spend 5 minutes to look up how to actually use stainless steel pans. once your two brain cells start working you will find these are excellent.5
Not good Anonymous reviewerIt is not nonstick 3

Decent panAnonymous reviewerI am still fairly new to cooking with non-non-stick ("sticky") pans. There is definitely a learning curve for those of us who grew up with the lovely cancer-causing Teflon pans. You have to heat the pan up dry, then add oil and wait for it to heat, then pray to the correct household gods that it will actually work this time. Having a metal spatula is also essential.
Sometimes it works perfectly. Sometimes I'm chiseling eggs off the bottom of the pan with the metal spatula. A good soak though and it usually cleans up nicely. The pan bottom is sufficiently thick to heat evenly.4
What a surprise!Anonymous reviewerI have had bad experiences with stainless steel frying pans in the past but because of scares over toxic non stick coatings I decided to give stainless steel another go. This time I watched videos on You Tube and I found that there special techniques that must be used to ensure that nothing sticks to the pan. What a revelation! I now cook eggs, meat, fish and the non stick is better than any coating I have tried : the food just glides around the pan. I love this pan. Once you have watched the videos and mastered the different cooking technique I am sure you will love it too.5
I want to buy this pan again, 2 or 3 moreAnonymous reviewerI like cooking with this pan, excellent for pan frying, deep frying and stir frying. Very good pan. I went back to the Greenwich store to buy more, but there were no left. Please bring back more to the store. Thank you! 5
Hard wearingAnonymous reviewerBought to use with an induction cooker. This pan has been used a lot since we bought it and has lasted much better than anything with a teflon coat so far. Slight deformation of the base due to heat, but to be expected with a lot of use. It is very large so make sure you know where you will store it. Also reccomend the matching lid and/or spatter guard.5
Very good panAnonymous reviewerVery good pan. You will need first burn out before you use 5
Great pan if you use it rightAnonymous reviewerI was nervous about switching from non-stick but it's been my go-to after learning how to pre-heat it properly for the Leidenfrost effect, what heat to reduce to after, and when to add the fat so it doesn't burn or smoke immediately. I've cooked eggs, crepes, fish this way that don't stick - very happy! It's a good size for one and easy to clean (Bar Keepers Friend helps with stains).5
Must haveAnonymous reviewerAt £12, it's a great buy. Obviously, you must know how to cook with stainless steel pans: pat dry your meat/fish, use low flame, a little more oil, added when pan is slightly hot; if food sticks to the bottom, move it away from the flame for 30 seconds and you can use a spatula (ideally in plastic) to turn your food; unlike non-stick pans, you will manage to get a proper crust without burning. Don't let it stay unwashed for too long: when it's cold it will be harder to remove residuals, wait a few minutes after using and you will make the most of hot water splashed over slightly cooler pan.4
Excellent when you know Anonymous reviewerWatched a YouTube video on how to use these pans, works perfectly now, non stick. Fry eggs every morning in coconut oil without issue. Replaced my toxic Teflon coated pans. 5
Heat up properly = non stickAnonymous reviewerThis is a great pan! Weve spent years trying all the “non stick” options nothing worked and with the new research showing non stick coatings containing toxic forever chemicals, we wanted something like this. I’ll be honest we didnt expect much, thinking it would be pretty rubbish and everything would stick but we are pleasantly surprised! As long as you heat the pan properly before use, it actually is non stick without all the yucky chemicals and coatings flaking off into your food! Highly recommend and what a great price 5
New PanAnonymous reviewerI admit that at £15.00 I had expected a so so pan. Really pleased that I bought this pan. It is none stick and easy to clean.5
A good panAnonymous reviewerHeats well even on a smaller ring, if used correctly it does not burn (heat oil until hot, then add food & turn down to cook)5
Rubbish - had to throw my frying pan in the trash after 2 uses!Anonymous reviewerThis frying pan is definitely NOT not-stick. Everything sticks to it. The pan had to be scrubbed thoroughly after use and it still had oil stains. I ended up throwing this in the bin after two uses. 1
Not a good pan at allAnonymous reviewerIt’s a night mare to fry an egg in it , everything will stick to it. Doesn’t matter what you do 1
