Wipe clean with a cloth dampened in a mild cleaner.

Ideal sewing desk Anonymous reviewerThere were a lot of pieces to this item and so was fairly complex to put together. Although following the instructions meant it was logical, just a bigger jigsaw puzzle than we expected . There was a piece missing from the box but ikea help arranged a substitute for the missing bit without too much fuss. It was quite expensive but it is a sturdy desk so you get what you pay for.5

Only downside is the matt white finish on the top chips easily revealing a yellower white and resulting in dirt settling in the chip showing it up even more.4

Plenty of storage space for patterns, my overlocker and if I move my sewing machine off the top of the desk it leaves a great space for cutting out! I put it together myself and only needed my husband to help twice, mainly for lifting as the desk is very heavy!5
