Poor build quality and irritating Anonymous reviewerThe whole unit was a hassle to make, with the metal nowhere near most IKEA furniture. The metal is nothing like the power coating suggested in the image, but a awful tin like look. The construction was a nightmare and took over an hour to make. The end result is a wobbly outdated and insecure shelf.1

Nightmare to assembleAnonymous reviewerAbsolutely worst IKEA item I have ever assembled. Holes didn't align. Had to use a hammer and screwdriver PLUS superglue! Ended up having to leave two holes without screws because there was only metal behind them. Hugely frustrating. 1
