High unhealthy salt levels Anonymous reviewerThese meatballs being frozen do not require this excessive amount of salt. 1.5g of salt per 100g or product is HIGH and we all know that excessive salt intake increases blood pressure which is often a silent killer. Ikea must be mindful how damaging their food products are in relation to salt and sugar. Registered nurse here. I have seen it all when it is too late.

IKEA meatballs aren't gluten free and even in the restaurant the chicken meatballs aren't gluten free due to possible cross contamination. However, in the frozen section chicken meatballs are (at the time of writing) gluten free.
