Changed DesignAnonymous reviewerWe bought another one of these after having one for 3 years and wanted another to match. However the item we received is different to the one displayed in store and our 3 year old one. The drawer fronts used to be fully painted white both inside and out and now are just painted white on the outside facing surface. 2 of the 3 drawer fronts are only half painted and the other fully white. We took the receipt in to store but they were unhelpful and just said the design had changed and does so often without being told. Disappointed as they now don’t match and especially as the display in store doesn’t match the product you actually purchase

It comes in three separate boxes and they are heavy but I had it delivered. Assembly takes a couple of hours, there is one tricky part putting the back on and the hinges take some thinking how they work but got it together and it looks good. I would rate this as an advanced skill level as it can not be assembled by one person.
I like the fact that there is a gap underneath big enough to get a vacuum cleaner.
I measured the space many times to make sure I had clearance on both sides.

It look great, too, and really makes the room look smart. The delivery was a doddle too and the delivery guys were efficient, friendly and helpful.
Great Sideboard - pity the top isn't stainedAnonymous reviewerThis is a great sideboard in the Hemnes range, quite easy to put together (like most of the others). Only real issue is that the top isn't stained like the rest of it. This is a pity if you're not into the look of bare wood. The white stain also makes a great undercoat if you want to paint it a slightly difference colour.
