It comes in three separate boxes and they are heavy but I had it delivered. Assembly takes a couple of hours, there is one tricky part putting the back on and the hinges take some thinking how they work but got it together and it looks good. I would rate this as an advanced skill level as it can not be assembled by one person.
I like the fact that there is a gap underneath big enough to get a vacuum cleaner.
I measured the space many times to make sure I had clearance on both sides.

Only real issue is that the top isn't stained like the rest of it. This is a pity if you're not into the look of bare wood. The white stain also makes a great undercoat if you want to paint it a slightly difference colour.

Beyond disappointingAnonymous reviewerWe splashed out on this and the taller unit with the glass front a couple of years ago when we finally moved into a house big enough to have a dining room.
This piece is SUCH a disappointment. Quality is so tragic.
The doors are pathetically thin and weak- in fact both have fallen off leaving just the long piece of white wood attached to the hinges.
Added to that, the bases of not one, but all 3 drawers have fallen through- we only store cutlery in them in trays, not bricks! They should be able to cope with the weight of some cutlery!
At one point, a drawer got stuck inside the unit leaving my husband with the drawer knob in his hand and needing to prize the drawer open with a screwdriver!
This piece is not worth anywhere near the money charged- it’s not at all fit for purpose. Having always wanted a dresser style piece, we really wish we hadn’t bothered with this.
We’ve never bought such a rubbish piece of furniture before- from IKEA or elsewhere!
Save your money, this is a disaster!
