Reviews

honest review deletedAnonymous reviewerthis is the second time i have written this because ikea clearly want to removed my negative review. i bought this sink about 6 months ago and has to be replaced because it has completely broken. its not fit for purpose if it cant handle minor impact while washing up.1
Haven sinkAnonymous reviewerThe sink is lovely, but I don't use the waste pipe. It's way to big and would take up all the space under the sink. I used my old one , so I had loads of storage5
A nice large practical sink.Anonymous reviewerWe've had one of these sinks for over ten years in the utility room. It's been used for all sorts including washing muddy boots etc. Only now after more than ten years is there any sign of wear at all in the bottom surface and probably only as we've never bothered with a plastic protector mat. We are upgrading our utility room next week though and because everything else will be brand new are replacing the sink... with another one of these. The only tiny downside is the dishwasher/washing machine connector should have come out horizontally (or better at 45deg) as it is really hard to get a hose on without it kinking.5
Nice and big- covers all usesAnonymous reviewerDeep and spacious so great for washing up and doing any laundry items by hand. It cleans well after use so very good. Very happy with this product5
Great sink! Anonymous reviewerJust finished building my own kitchen units & this sink fits in beautifully! Absolutely love it. I was lucky enough to get it at a lower price in their sale, which makes it even better! 5

Something different
Review: 5 out of 5 stars.5
I love this sink, it's perfect for a smaller island bench, is different from the normal stainless steel or black sinks and is perfect for my kitchen. It's big enough to wash trays and bigger fry pans.

Material

What is ceramic?

Ceramic is a heat-resistant and durable material that has been used by humans to make practical objects for thousands of years. The base material is different types of clay that are oven-burned and become things like terracotta, stoneware, pottery and porcelain. At IKEA we mainly use ceramic for plant pots, porcelain, washbasins and kitchen sinks. Since it can be shaped and even glazed to the desired colour and shine, the possibilities of styles and looks are endless.
