Don’t buy I’m stuck with 3 in my garden I now can’t use! You can’t buy the replacement covers (which i brought extra when I brought the gazebos!) and in 2 1/2 years I’ve gone through 8 covers!
I remove over winter, the slightly breeze and they rip! Worst thing I’ve ever brought from IKEA (and I’ve brought a lot!) 1

In our view, you should update your description to state that replacement covers are not available. So disapointed1

GUNNÖN GazeboAnonymous reviewerWe Bought the Gunnon Gazebo about two years ago and are very pleased with it, good value and well made. Unfortunately the GUNNÖN canopy has failed basically worn out , which is fine , however IKEA used to do a replacement canopy ? Which would mean we could repurpose the Gazebo. I can’t understand why you still sell the exact same product but now don’t stock the fabric canopy separately ?
Like so many of your customers asking the same question why not ? It’s a great product but needs the canopy otherwise is useless. Hopefully you can resolve this issue sooner rather than later.

Gazebo great, canopy tears easily and no replacementsAnonymous reviewerThis gazebo has been perfect in our small garden for shade over our dining table. It’s stylish. The metal has survived well.
However the cover has ripped next to the tape. We can’t buy a new one, I contacted customer services and they said it’s not available. Why does IKEA in other countries have the replacement cover for sale but not UK? And the frame is not a standard size it’s difficult to get a replacement cover elsewhere.
So I could not recommend buying, as you will only get one or two seasons out of it. Which seems quite wasteful.
IKEA please please consider selling replacement covers. You could also have the option of a more robust cover for sale, which I am sure many would be keen to buy.2
Buyer Beware - No replacement coversAnonymous reviewerThis was a great canopy until the second season where the canopy was worn and easily teared in the wind. No problem as IKEA were selling replacement canopies for £25. Sadly this is no longer the case and I now have a metal frame that is useless. So much for Ikea doing their bit for sustainability.1

Buyer bewareAnonymous reviewerI brought this item in April 2024. I removed the cover for the winter. Replaced on frame 2025. Removed again for Winter. At the time of purchase I tried to purchase an additional cover which Ikea sold. It was not available. My original cover has perished and I was told today that Ikea are not selling replacement covers anymore. So be aware that if you buy the Gunnon Gazebo for £150 and something happens to the cover you will be unable to replace it. I will be perusing Ikea as I now have a piece of useless metal which is not fit for purpose in my garden.1
New canopies much improvedAnonymous reviewerHad this since 2022. Initially was disappointed it wasn’t rainproof however the new canopies seem to be. Had it up for about two months and all good. Someone talked putting some tarp under the canopy Would really love to know where the got if from and how they fixed it on.5

Great gazeboAnonymous reviewerIf you want a contemporary gazebo that looks good, adds a new outdoor room to your home and one you can "pretty up", then buy this. Caviet it isnt waterproof but then I didn't buy an umbrella and given rain in the UK falls sideways most of the time anyway then I can live with that.
We secured down with washers and screws into our railway sleepers. I have a tiny garden but this really does the trick. Can't say about the sun shade as the summer ended when I put up my gazebo. Yeah sorry about that. 5
Great ProductAnonymous reviewerThis morning I woke up to find my gazebo bought in April 2025 soaking wet with water seeping through the canopy middle seam. I called IKEA and a no fuss replacement was arranged to arrive next week. How cool is that!
We have really enjoyed the item since it was installed. We added more slabs to extend the patio to size at the back garden entrance. The structure was installed right next to the back door. With some adjustments to the frames to allow the door to open inside the gazebo, we created a lovely cosy "conservatory". The frame does not touch the gutter but close enough to stop any water. We ordered water proof curtains from Amazon to cover the square section. We sewed on velcro tape similar to the one used on the canopy to attach the curtains around the frame. For the top section we used water proof sheer curtains and then we added a warm flooring to cover the slabs. And to make it even more inviting, solar lighting.5

Only extra thing I would like is to be able to purchase tab top curtains in grey linen to hang from the sides.5

Absolutely brilliant!Anonymous reviewerFits a treat on my patio, easy to build. Took heed from a previous review and added a clear tarp under the fabric roof. It rained really heavy a few days ago and it was bone dry underneath. A tip, I didn’t have any way of securing this on my patio so I bought 4 nice plant pots, one for each leg and filled 3/4 concrete and added decorative stones on top. Added some fake ivy and some festoon lights and I’ve got a real mediterranean vibe going. Wish I was able to add a photo,5
