Versatile kitchen itemAnonymous reviewerI wanted a rack to roast pork belly that I can easily take out from the oven without using another rack. It is the perfect size rack to let the prepared pork belly rest in the fridge then straight to the oven then to rest on it too before chopping and serving. And it is easy to clean with the yellow uppfyyld scrubber. And I find it versatile as I can use it as strainer for pasta etc, a colander for veg etc, resting plate for fried foods - tempura etc and can bake with fries, roast veg. The handles are an extra bonus for handling convenience.
