Great quality but two deliveries required; first had four damaged bowls and 1 damaged side plate whilst second had two damaged bowls. The packaging requires urgent review as bowls are vulnerable to impact. Would add that the lady with whom I arranged redelivery was really patient and helpful, an asset to your brand.5

Gorgeous!Anonymous reviewerWow, the Gladelig range has surpassed my expectations! They are absolutely beautiful, with every item slightly different giving a handmade and expensive look to them. They are sturdy and robust and we have had no breakages yet although it is early days. It is great that they sell individual items too in case of breakages. I love that you can just throw them in the microwave or dishwasher too. I cannot recommend highly enough and will be buying everything so I have a full set! I hope that IKEA bring out more Gladelig grey items as I would love a large salad bowl, soap and washing up liquid dispensers, a utensil pot and more to fully kit out the kitchen.5

Main bug bare for Me is actually how small the dinner plates are, ok for a light meal but too small for a Sunday roast with all the trimmings. Tip: Check the plate sizes before you buy, these aren't as standard.3
Plates setAnonymous reviewerLovely plate set which i first saw in a local cafe! Good size main plate with lip, side plates and the bowls are perfect. Can increase place settings with individually sold items. Matching mugs of different sizes.
It took 3 deliveries to get an unbroken set as they weren't packed well, but ikea were helpful with replacements5

I ordered it online to click and collect and when I fetched it from the pick up point (not an IKEA one) two of the cereal bowls were broken during transit but Ikea replaced them straight away.5
