Excellent unitAnonymous reviewerReally solid unit, drawers come all of the way out so you can get to items at the back. Comes in two separate boxes and is around 35kg, so be careful when collecting as it is heavier than it looks. Instructions are very clear if you look for al of the details in the images, no problem putting it together alone.5
Locking code changed by itselfAnonymous reviewerWhen needing to lock it ahead of going away on holiday, we noticed that the code had changed on one of the combination wheels (Incremented by one number). We noted the new code, and went away. A couple of months after coming back, we needed to lock it again only to discover that the code had changed again. Not able to find the new combination, we ended up having to break the drawers open to access our things again.1
Instructions are not precise enough; several parts broke when correcting mistakes due to thisAnonymous reviewerThe instructions for this product are not precise enough given that it is particleboard. If you make a mistake due to the instructions lacking specificity, there are some parts which cannot be undone/removed easily such as the plastic pieces (124592) to secure the top drawers, which broke when I had to disassemble the top drawer to fix a mistake in the locking mechanism. Part of that piece is now stripped and jammed inside the top drawer meaning I cannot secure it properly. The instructions for assembling the interior of the lock are terrible. It does not tell you with enough direction how to assemble and position the swivel arm/lever inside the unit (152737) When assembling the bottom two drawers, the screw holes for the bottom panel were out of tolerance which made it hard to line up the holes and screws. The bottom panel for the top drawer should have been grey on both sides and not just the top; feels cheap. Multiple pieces of white coating flaked off when screwing.2
