    Good light, but painful to fitAnonymous reviewerVery hard to fit (I'm not an electrician). The short distance between the cable and mounting screws means you need a small ceiling hole to be able to mount it. But what if you have 2 twin and earth cables to connect? The connector block can accommodate 2 neutrals and 2 earths, but the existing cable holes in the light are too small to get both through, so you might think to use a junction box to give you just one cable, but that means the ceiling hole is going to be too big for the mounting screws...4

    Good light, but difficult to fit in UKAnonymous reviewerFixing holes centres are spaced slightly less than 2 inches apart, so require widening out to fit a standard 2 inch (50.8mm) ceiling mounting box/pattress. Electrical connection wants to be made with a short length of flexible cable, which is not provided. It would have been helpful to have known this in advance. Not designed for traditional UK electrical installation, as far as I can see. So check first. Otherwise all good.4

    What is glass?

    Glass is mainly made of sand, soda and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
