Product details
This sofa converts quickly and easily into a spacious bed when you remove the back cushions and pull out the underframe.
Sofa, chaise longue and double bed in one.
The long back cushion gives extra comfort. Remove the mattress pad from its cover and roll it out for extra comfort when sleeping and put it back in the cover for a supportive cushion during the day.
Storage space under the chaise longue. The lid stays open so you can safely and easily take things in and out.
You can place the chaise longue section to the left or right of the sofa, and switch whenever you like.

According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.This cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 40,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Absolutely love the sofa *but*Anonymous reviewerSofa is amazing and perfect for my flat. However the underside of the frame, where the bed section pushes into and under, had a hanging staple which one side detached and bent down so when I pulled the sofa bed out it scratched the surface of the sofa bed section. Thankfully the material is extremely robust and after brushing out I couldn't see any permanent damaged (it's also dark grey so helped) however the *but* is that I felt underneath for what could be sharp, in hindsight maybe not the smartest way to investigate, but it absolutely sliced deep into the tip of my finger and bled for a good 25 mins. Just be careful when assembling. I can barely type on my computer now my finger is excruciating as it's a deep cut, and as it heals it keeps opening due to the location of the it on my index fingertip. So whilst I assume this is a rare QC issue, unfortunately it has not made the best experience. The only criticism is that the pull out section could be more laterally stable pulled out.

Fit for purposeAnonymous reviewerI bought this sofa bed to use as an occasional sleeping space for guests. We found it easy to assemble, but you really do need to follow the instructions carefully, as different holes are used depending on which orientation you choose. It seems sturdy and I love the burnt orange colour. It's quite firm as a sofa, but not uncomfortable. I haven't tried sleeping on it yet, so can't comment on that. I really like being able to store bedding inside. The space easily fits pillows, duvet and sheet. My one complaint so far is that the fabric cover is quite thin and looks baggy after it's been sat on. I'm careful not to always sit on the same spot, but that's not ideal and I would have preferred a tighter fitting cover with some stretch. At this rate, it could look shabby fairly quickly.

It was easy to put together (note you can configure the L part on the left or right side) and very comfy to sit or sleep on. The only comment is that it’s on the firm side, but not in an uncomfortable way. Very happy with the purchase!
Great corner sofa bedAnonymous reviewerThis corner sofa bed fits perfectly in our living room and is very comfortable. We followed the instructions and had no real problems putting the sofa together. The big long cushion is good and it turns into a mattress topper. Family member used it as a sofa bed and they were very happy with the beds comfort. Getting the mattress topper back into it's cover can be tricky. I think that the cover could be fractionally larger. All in all I am very pleased with this corner sofa bed.

Fabric is a let downAnonymous reviewerI loved this sofa initially, the sofa pull out is easy to use however it sometimes detaches from brackets, but it’s an easy fix.
My main issue is the amount of bobbling that has already appeared after only 4 months of occasional use, it’s quite noticeable. I’m just one person who only wears loungewear when I’m at home so soft fabrics…. I wouldn’t expect to see this wear even with a larger household. Such a shame as you can’t replace the covers
Sagging and bobblingAnonymous reviewerDisappointed with this version of the sofa. The seat padding has flattened out to be uncomfortable less than 6 months after purchasing. The fabric has also bobbled terribly, considering I paid more for the lighter version I expected the fabric to be of better quality than it is. Also the add on Klagshamn custiin/mattress cover is too small for the mattress and ends up looking bulging and contorted and messy. There seems to be a distinct lack of quality in more current ikea furniture. Needless to say im Disappointed. As im recently disabled, taking the item apart and back to the store isnt something I can feasibly do. Ikea's quality is definitely declining.

There's not much depth to the seating area. But it's a cozy sofa bed the bed part (extended part) can disconnect from the sofa/maybe how it was ensembled at my home at times but seems easy to get it connected back in.

Bed's sliding sectionAnonymous reviewerWhile the design is attractive, the sliding section lacks a lock and frequently detaches during use, making lounging inconvenient. It is smaller than expected and should include anti-slip pads. Overall, it’s a decent choice for smaller living rooms.
