It allows me to have a lot more space in the room most of the time when it’s a single bed and I also bought the ikea long slim desk with drawer in white. Then when I need a double bed just pull it out, genius. Love it!
Feels cheap and poor quality Anonymous reviewerThis product is poorly designed with cheap materials. Previously metal fixings are now cheap plastic - 2 of these have already broken after a few months. The drawers just don’t feel robust at all.
IKEA products definitely feel like they are going downhill with the use of cheaper materials.

Very Fragile, low quality!Anonymous reviewerThe bed slats are very fragile, you need to be very careful, they crack where the screws are if an adult sleeps there. Ikea doesn't sell them or replace them. just had the most Terrible customer service experience even thought we have spent lots of money ordering a series of furniture through them. Really frustrating!!!
