However something inside the insulated wall has come loose and it rattles all the time (like a ball bearing) and also the rubber seal came off and won’t fit back on properly. This was all within two weeks of light use.

A bit of a fiddle to put it back but necessary to stop leaks... until one day when it disappeared completely. Haven't used the mug since as i'm scared of piping hot coffee leaking. Please IKEA - can you supply replacements for this tiny, possible design flaw??

IKEA winter warmer mugAnonymous reviewerPicked one up today when I visited my local ikea store. Well made perfect size for my daily tea coffee hot chocolate etc. Keeps drinks hot for ages even if you leave the drinking flap open constantly it still retains its heat for along time.
Doesn’t leak and has a nice drinking spout which gives a steady stream of liquid without drips or dribbles.
Brushed aluminium look with distinctive black and yellow lid
Cold to the touch even with boiling hot liquid inside so it’s comfortable to hold.
Fits in most cup holders due to its tapered base.
Well priced well made well done.

Sadly, although I can still use it at home and in coffee shops, It can no longer be sealed/watertight, and does not keep drinks as hot as it should.
