The frame is powder coated steel so will take the weightiest of monitors. The slide out compartmented drawer is timber - tough and delicate. Beautiful entirely practical design . No assembly requires in this piece for those who struggle with diagrams 😊5

Versatile monitor standAnonymous reviewerI bought this item after seeing it displayed in one of the show kitchens. I couldn't find it in the kitchen section of the market place and felt disappointed. I spoke to one of the IKEA sales assistants (I have to say that it was a joy to find so many assistants available throughout the shop - never had to search for one as in so many shops nowadays), who instantly knew where to find it (in the office/techno section - he explained that many IKEA items are multi purpose), and took me to the location. I am delighted with my purchase. I have it on my kitchen worktop with my coffee machine on top, coffee pods stored in the drawer and small chopping boards under. There is plenty of space on top to put the two small storage jars & small bowl that I purchased at the same time, and my favourite coffee mug too. Excellent space saving item which has added a nice modern look to my kitchen.5

The supporting sides are a thin metal and it’s buckling a bit under the iMac - don’t think it’s meant for such a weight on it and I didn’t check to see what the maximum weight is. Clever bit of kit!Anonymous reviewerThis is a brilliant bit of kit. The stand is wide enough to accommodate a keyboard and mouse side by side underneath. It's sturdy enough to hold an All-In-One PC which are a bit heavier than a monitor. The drawer is very useful and will hold numerous items in separate sections. It was purchased for son's bedroom but will be picking another up for the home office on my next visit to IKEA.5

The idea with ELLOVEN was to design a monitor stand with space for a keyboard and personal small items that you need close at hand. Its easy cable management is important in open plan offices and at home, and the metal together with bamboo creates a stylish and warm expression."
