The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist colour fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.The cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 50,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion.

Ektorp chair cover Anonymous reviewerThe latest ektorp chair/sofa covers are a velvet fabric and unlike my chair which has an original cover is tight fabric almost denim fabric. I then have a corner sofa which is a loser fitted cover and really easy to remove unlike the original. The velour one looks nice but the minute you sit on it the back and seat cushions move, it's wrinkles the fabric and makes you hot. I definitely prefer the original fabric my corner sofa has for easy removal.

Size changed.... Anonymous reviewerI have had Ektorp sofa & chair for years. I have read reviews about people having difficulty getting covers on, I have never had a issue. The new covers design has changed and are to big so now there is spare material on seat cushions which looks terrible, so disappointed !
