Reviews
Seat cushions not acceptableAnonymous reviewerI purchased a Erktop 2 seater Sofa as in previous years I had Ikea Sofa which lasted for many years. Unfortunately this Sofa is now unsightly with flattened uncomfortable cushions where you sit and this was just 12months after purchase. I cannot afford to replace with another Sofa so very disappointed with my Purchase unless you can replace the Cushions.
Ektorp purchaseAnonymous reviewerComfortable, nice colour, pleased with our purchase.
Good valueAnonymous reviewerEasy to put together looks good top quality cover only problem was the delivery team broke a light in my hall didnt say anything, didnt speak english
Two seater sofaAnonymous reviewerThe sofa comes together very quickly and looks great straight out of the box with cover choices it's easy to adapt it to the room decor
2 seat sofa EktorpAnonymous reviewerVery comfortable, easy to assemble and very good price.
Comfy sofa - stylishAnonymous reviewerNeeded a smaller sofa due to moving and really liked the look and feel of this sofa. Was easy enough to build and covers came folded up but were not creased. Cushions need a slight plumping up occasionally but happy that we purchased this sofa
Nice colour and Comfy SofaAnonymous reviewerHas this in a cream a few years ago but it showed every stain and mark.
Bonus it has removable covers, you can buy replacement covers but they cost almost as much as the sofa itself.
Its comfy and easy to construct.
Just wish they had more options in the colours as it is a bit limited.
Very good valueAnonymous reviewerQuite easy to assemble. Good value for money. Reasonably comfortable. Not sure how long it will last but I bought a spare st of covers.
Ektorp SofaAnonymous reviewerGood value for money. Its comfy to sit on. Creases though.
An Ektorp to replace an EktorpAnonymous reviewerDownsizing the sofa. We already had a 3 seater Ektorp, and have had since 2007. Room re-planning necessitated a two seater and an armchair. Looked around at other "sofa specialists" couldn't find anything "back-friendly" or indeed anything that didn't have ridiculously long seat cushions that would allow me (183 cm tall) to sit back on the sofa and comfortably put my feet on the floor! So back to IKEA, and replaced the still comfortable 3 seater Ektorp with a 2 seater Ektorp.
ComfortAnonymous reviewerThis has not been fully comfortable from day one. Perhaps I sit too much each day but the sofa I sit on is noticeable lower than the other one and feels very uncomfortable. I could feel the wooden back frame of the seat from day one. I don't find it to be 'wonderfully soft' as per the description. It seems to become more uncomfortable every day.
Very ComfortableAnonymous reviewerPurchased for our sun room and I find it very comfortable.
Putting it together was very straightforward and I’m very happy with it.
A lovely settee but a bit smallAnonymous reviewerA lovely settee but you cant sleep on it
Ektorp 2 seaterAnonymous reviewerFits perfectly in my space and light beige colour is perfect for my colour scheme.
Terrible cushionsAnonymous reviewerTerrible cushions, no support, flatten out instantly. Firmness: 2/10. The most uncomfortable sofa from IKEA I ever tried.
BrilliantAnonymous reviewerSo pleased with this purchase. It is very comfortable and an amazing price.
Exactly what we wantedAnonymous reviewerPerfect addition to our sitting room. Very comfy and good looking.
Ektorp sofaAnonymous reviewerCompact two seater sofa comfortable and good quality,
Amazing value for moneyAnonymous reviewerWe bought the ektorp in blue. Loved it so much we bought another one to go opposite! Colour/fabric is really good quality. Very comfortable and stylish.
Only issue was trying to iron creases out of cover. Super easy to assemble.
SofaAnonymous reviewerLove it. So comfortable
