Great cabinets but disappointing missing partsAnonymous reviewerI’m very happy with the EKET cabinets and delivery was quick. However, I ordered six cabinets and none of the hardware bags contained the washers needed for the door handles. Although a washer is a tiny part, without them I cannot fit the handles properly, making the cabinet doors difficult to open and use. I emailed IKEA but received no response. As there is no IKEA store in my town, I drove to my nearest store, only to be told they didn’t have the washers either. I then had to order the missing parts separately. A week later, I received an email saying they were being sent from Slovakia. My cabinets have now been on the wall for over a week, but I still can’t properly use them while waiting for the washers. I really like the cabinets, but it’s frustrating that such a small missing part has caused so much inconvenience.

The doors don’t close smooth up against the frame but it doesn’t look out of place.
I would have liked more options with the doors as I could only get what it came with which was clear glass. For my use I had to cover with frosting screen as I didn’t want to see in the cupboard.

terribleAnonymous reviewerThe back board is too high which means the top wont go on, I damaged it in the attempt and split the back board, I then trimmed and glued it instead, other reviews mention this but still give it 4 stars. The retaining clips for the back board are too small and the general construction is very cheap, IKEA should withdraw this from sale
