Good to know

This plant is sensitive to over watering. Too much water in the pot can restrict the oxygen flow to the roots, causing damage to the plant.

Give your plants a boost with fertiliser every month. If you notice that the plant has gone dormant - let it be until next season.

IKEA provides all potted plants with nutrient-rich soil, repotting is not needed until 1 year after purchase.

Remove dust every now and then to allow the plant to get as much light as possible.

CymbidiumAnonymous reviewerGood plants at excellent price, bought 2 , one in flower 2 months later the other drooped flowers after a month, repoted totally root bound, so tight it took a while to untangle probably the reason the flowers dropped so quickly, the second plant has possibly up to another month before flowers drop, will repot then this has 5 new psuedo bulbs so hopefully good flowering next year.5

Stunning, have yourself a treat!Anonymous reviewerThese Cymbidiums are such stunningly beautiful healthy plants, I had to have a treat, and are an excellent price at £13, even if I fail to keep it going and get it to flower next year it is still cheaper than buying fresh cut flowers, it will still be in flower by the new year with having one stem of flowers open and two more stems with buds, there is a good choice of colour to choose from, I had a white with pale pink, I would love one of each colour but not got space for so many, go on you have a treat too I’m sure you won’t regret it.5
