Nice to look at from afarAnonymous reviewerI bought it for the appealing retro design. However it's one of those that should only be admired from afar. Come closer and it screams "cheap". Also, this is one of those lamps you can never get to sit completely straight, always slightly wonky, owing to the assembly process which seems to be missing a step somewhere to firmly secure the head of the lamp to the column. Not really worth the 15 quid paid - I should have waited until it's on sale. There's a thought for you. 3

"The idea with BLÅSVERK was to create lamps with an exciting design, and a low price. To succeed, the interaction between form and function needed to make it possible to pack, transport and assemble the lamps efficiently and smoothly. That’s why I chose to divide the plastic shade into two halves – one coloured and one white – and combine them with a matching aluminium tube. Assembling the parts creates a timeless lamp with soft shapes that give you a pleasant light."
