Would be great if the lid was slightly more pliable to assist in removal but overall a very useful item in a useful size.

Can’t get the lids off!Anonymous reviewerI am a fit, healthy, middle aged adult, and I can confirm as other reviews below have said, great pots, nightmare lids! For me, they go on fine, but I cannot remove them without a fight. Not sure if other IKEA lids fit? Will gladly buy, or I’ll have to chuck all my otherwise perfectly functioning pots away.
Aside from the lids, these containers are a good size for single portion leftovers, they’re sturdy, they stack nicely, and they go in the dishwasher, freezer and microwave fine (though best not to microwave, as food contained within is awkward, bordering on dangerous, to decant into a dish when hot). But without a decent lid, they’re next to useless.
Lids are awfulAnonymous reviewerCompletely agree with the other reviews, this is the perfect sized container ruined by an utterly useless lid - if up do manage to click it on properly it is IMPOSSIBLE to get off, I've just spent ten minutes trying. Surprised it got past product testing. Would buy an improved version though as the size/shape is exactly what I need.

The glass containers are not freezer proof (which I discovered after checking with IKEA customer service). Shame, because they're a helpful size and stack well.

Hard to remove lidsAnonymous reviewerI wanted glass and these look very nice. But the lids are very stiff & there's no purchase on the glass base to get them off. If you store soup in there, you might end up covered in it while trying to get the lid off! Work fine for veggies etc with lid not completely secured. Smaller than they look in the photo. Look nice but would not buy again.
