awful to fit and over-complicated designAnonymous reviewerBad enough that I had to fit these to an unmatched "oak" coloured drawer (Besta beech long discontinued), even worse given these runners are an absolute nightmare to fit. What were Ikea thinking removing the perfectly good rail/wheel runners they used to provide for Besta drawers ? (note: I've had original Besta units for about 15yrs now and the old runners work perfectly. Unlikely these replacements will last that long)

We have 12 along one wall and have used them for food storage and to hide the larger kitchen items- food processer, cake mixer, slow cooker etc. 2 drawers are used for potatoes and cleaning products (dusters, clothes etc). Would definitely recommend.

On returning this item, I was not given a refund because the package had been opened , but was supplied with a credit note. This is not made clear in your 365 day refund policy.
