The wall shelf has one bevelled and one smooth edge on the long side, so you can choose the side you want facing the room depending on which of the two different styles you like the most.
Good to know
Max. load refers to the max. weight before the shelf is risking to slant. Distribute the weight evenly on the shelf to avoid the risk of slanting.

Nice shelf but ... Anonymous reviewerThese shelves look nice when up, but as others have said they can be difficult to put up! You need various different types of screws and different sizes - make sure you look at the instructions that come with the brackets. There are 2 types of fittings on the shelves and brackets so unless your a pro you might find it tricky like I did. It feels sturdy now up and it's a great size for books or plants etc.

It was actually put in a cupboard to give more storage space up high and was actually drilled into plaster board (using the correct rawlplugs for plaster walls) and they seem super strong. So far I have a stack of board games and filed paperwork on one shelf, so pretty heavy and it’s held perfectly. Keeping the other one I got for my little ones bedroom as they look lovely to display things on too. Definitely recommend!
