Trade DescriptionAnonymous reviewerYou state that 'The light source has a lifetime of approx. 25,000 hours. This corresponds to about 20 years if the lamp is on for 3 hours per day.' In our case this is not the case. We bought this light on 23 May 2021, so 1864 days ago. If we had used the light for an hour a day we would have used it for 1864 hours. It has failed already. Well below the 25,000 hours that we had expected, following your guidance. We would like to express our dissapointment and ask for a refund please. How do we proceed? Many thanks.

Easy to installAnonymous reviewerBought this at the Re-use shop down in Reading a few months back but needed to wait with skimming the ceiling before installing.
Very easy installation process. The light has got two entrance point for the wires. On the end and from the top but down a third of the length instead of in the middle.
This light is double earthed so I capped off the UK earth cable in a Waco box in the ceiling so that it's nice and neat and safe and you only need to extend the blue and brown wire in to the light.
Though the spotters are small they give off a much brighter light than expected. In terms of colour on the light it's a nicer warm white.
As for longevity this is still TBC as only having owned it a short while.
So pleased I'm purchasing another one for the kitchen as it looks super in the living room.
