Fantastic, but could be better.Anonymous reviewerI have 3 of these. One on one desk, two on another new desk next to each other. They’re great and a doddle to assemble. The only thing I hate about them is there’s no ability to fully pull the drawers out. Come on Ikea, extend the slides! There’s a 3d printed mod that people are making and we shouldn’t need to!
A flexible solution for those with limited office space, a fairly tight budget and storage needsAnonymous reviewerWhat a brilliant cabinet for my office, just the right size, which enables you to have much more flexibility re storage than one with drawers in. I'm using one at each end of my desk to give me more desk space, and storage. The quality is excellent as I have come to expect from IKEA. Very solid wood I opted for the castors as well, as I wanted that flexibility to move or change things around easily in the future. Though found even without the castors this could be moved around easily when we first assembled it (without the shelf). The wood finish is great (I opted for the oak finish to go with my setup). The photos on the site are very accurate to it's actual appearance which is also great. The castors move with ease along the carpet. Not too heavy, but still sturdy, the door can be put on either side for even more flexibility. I found having the door to open from the right as the photos suited me very well. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Outstanding Value and Very PracticalAnonymous reviewerI’ve previously purchased Alex drawers and found them to be really practical and great for storage. I decided this time to try the castors and wasn’t disappointed, as unlike others they feel firm and sturdy, making the drawers easy to transport within the house. Moreover, the item wasn’t too hard to assemble, is of decent value (my original Alex is still going strong at 13 years old) and great value and quality for the price!

Useful storage but poor quality finishAnonymous reviewerShoddy quality and not a patch on a similar set of office drawers purchased from IKEA a couple years ago that are still on sale today for less. The parts that make up these drawers feel overly cheap in places and more plasticky. Once built, the drawers refuse to line up no matter how much adjusting is done due to holes having been drilled out of alignment. They work but they're disappointing.

Had to use the spare part service as one of the hinge parts was faulty but that came quicker than expected even though it had to be posted from outside the UK. Happy with the cupboard sturdy and just what I was after
