Great for children's roomAnonymous reviewerA great little desk for children's room. It was quite difficult to put together because the pieces weren't labelled so took extra time trying to work out pieces that looked almost identical and which side they were meant to go on. Please IKEA add piece labels to make the building part faster! The shelf is also quite small so perfect for notebooks/pads/other flat items but not quite tall enough to fit things like a pencil case (unless very small) so keep this in mind. Otherwise it seems like a solid desk.
Instructions are a nightmareAnonymous reviewerAs someone else has said, these instructions are not at all easy to follow- the boards that the legs are attached to at the start need to be on specific sides and it is difficult to work out which way around they need to be, in addition to which way up they need to be. Also had to hammer some of the parts in as the holes were not big enough for the things they were designed for. A nice design but convoluted instructions and a lack of clear indication (or some sort of separation) for where parts belong made this pretty infuriating.
