Terms and conditions  

The Offer 

Subject to these terms and conditions, this offer entitles IKEA Family Members to £30 off when spending £300 or more on products in-store at IKEA London Stores or online in a single transaction between 01 September 2024 to 31 December 2024 (the "Offer") when the IKEA Family Member presents the voucher with a valid QR code. The Offer is only available to IKEA Family Members.

How to Claim  

To claim the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must have received the offer through the post.
The Family Member must make a qualifying purchase paying the minimum amount of £300 in a single in-store at an IKEA London Store or online transaction and present a valid QR code at the checkout.   
The QR code must be presented at the time of purchase.  The QR code must be correctly scanned at the till. 
This Offer is valid from 01 September 2024 to 31 December 2024 (the "Offer Dates").  
IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a QR code is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any QR code which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy and not the original, which is out of date or which is otherwise invalid.  
The Offer is available to in-store at IKEA London Stores and online purchases during the Offer Date. The Offer is not available outside of the Offer Dates.  
In-store purchases must be made at IKEA Wembley, IKEA Croydon, IKEA Lakeside, IKEA Greenwich or IKEA Hammersmith (“IKEA London Store”)

Exclusions  

The Offer does not apply to purchases from: IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market, and IKEA Restaurant.   
The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.  
The Offer can be redeemed once during the validity period per IKEA Family Member.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.    
The IKEA store reserves the right to refuse any QR code that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.  
IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA's reasonable control. 
Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered QR codes will not be accepted.

IKEA Customers: receive a voucher spending £2000 or more on a kitchen in IKEA London Stores.

Terms and Conditions    

Eligibility  

1. To be eligible for this offer, you must spend £2000 or more on a kitchen in a single transaction in store at any IKEA London store, including Lakeside (“IKEA London Store”).

The offer

2. This offer entitles customers to a voucher when a customer spends £2000 or more (the “Minimum Spend”) on a kitchen in-store at any IKEA London store between 21 March 2024 and 19 May 2024 (the “Offer”). The voucher can be redeemed at the checkout at any IKEA London Store between 21 March 2024 and 31 August 2024 (the “Validity Period”). 

3. A kitchen for the purposes of this Offer is defined as at least five (5) kitchen cabinets and includes kitchen taps, kitchen sinks, integrated lighting, and knobs and handles.

4. The voucher amount is determined by customer spend. The customer will not be eligible for the offer if they do not meet the Minimum Spend requirement. The following sets out how the voucher amounts will be calculated and allocated to the customer:

1. 1. £100 voucher – when spending £2000 or more
  2. £300 voucher – when spending £4000 or more
  3. Two £300 vouchers – when spending £6000 or more.

How to redeem

5. To redeem the Offer, customers must meet the Minimum Spend requirement when purchasing a kitchen in a single transaction between 21 March 2024 and 19 May 2024. 

6. Each voucher can only be used once, and any remaining voucher balance will be lost after its first use.

7. If this offer is used in conjunction with IKEA Customers offer: 4 for 3 Appliances if you spend over £750 on a kitchen in-store and online at IKEA UK stores, the 4 for 3 Appliances offer must be applied first, after which the Qualifying Spend is calculated.

Exclusions

8. The Offer is not redeemable for customers purchasing KNOXHULT kitchens.
