Terms and Conditions
1 The Offer
1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members that purchases a selected home decoration product (a ‘Discounted Product’) at the IKEA Southampton store between 26 May 2025 and 3 June 2025 inclusive (the ‘Offer Period’) will receive 15% off the price of the Discounted Product when they present their IKEA Family card at the checkout in store (the ‘Offer’).
1.2 This Offer is only valid on the products listed in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions.
2 How to redeem
2.1 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must:
2.1.1 Attend the IKEA Southampton store during the Offer Period and select one or more Discounted Products; and
2.1.2 Present their IKEA Family card to a co-worker at the checkout in a single in-store transaction.
2.2 Once the IKEA Family Member’s card is scanned, the price of each eligible Discounted Product will be automatically reduced by 15%.
3 Exclusions
3.1 The Offer is only valid at IKEA Southampton during the Offer Period.
3.2 The Offer is exclusively applicable to purchases on Discounted Products listed in Appendix 1.
3.3 The Offer is exclusively available to IKEA Family Members.
3.4 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Café.
3.5 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.
3.6 The Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers.
3.7 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
3.8 Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.
3.9 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.
4 Additional terms
4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account.
4.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
4.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
