IKEA Southampton store: 15% off coupons for co-worker family and friends for in-store purchases between 03 November 2025 to 09 November 2025  

Terms and conditions    

The Offer   

  • Subject to these terms and conditions, every IKEA Southampton co-worker will receive ten (10) coupons for 15% off purchases made in-store at IKEA Southampton for use by their family and friends (the ‘Offer’) between 03 November and 09 November 2025 inclusive (the ‘Coupon Validity Period‘).  

How to Redeem     

  • To redeem this Offer, family and/or friends must receive the coupon with QR code from the IKEA Southampton co-worker and must be an IKEA Family member. The family and/or friends must present the coupon with QR code at the checkout in-store at IKEA Southampton during the Offer Dates. Once it is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of their in-store purchase by 15%. The IKEA Family card must be scanned at the till.  
  • Each co-worker is entitled to distribute a maximum of ten (10) coupons with the QR codes to friends and family.  
  • Only one (1) coupon can be used in a single transaction per friend/family member.  
  • The Offer is only valid at IKEA Southampton store (the ‘Participating Store’).  
  • The Offer is only available for in-store purchases at the Participating Store. 
  • You must be an IKEA Family member in order to use the Offer.  
  • The Offer cannot be utilised as credit. The coupon is strictly to be applied as a discount to in-store purchases.  
  • IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any coupon which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy and not the original, which is out of date or which is otherwise invalid.    

Exclusions    

  • The Offer does not apply to purchases from: IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market, and IKEA Restaurant.    
  • The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.  The Offer cannot be redeemed at re-shop and re-use.    
  • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with IKEA co-worker discount or any other promotional offer or discount.   
  • This Offer cannot be redeemed online.  Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.    
  • The IKEA store reserves the right to refuse any coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.    
  • IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA's reasonable control.   Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered coupons will not be accepted.   
  • Additional terms    
  • All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account.    
  • By using this Offer you agree to these Terms & Conditions.   
  • These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.   
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
