Eligibility

1. To be eligible for this Offer IKEA Family Members must purchase an Eligible Combination during the Offer Dates.

Subject to these terms and conditions, this Offer entitles IKEA Family Members to purchase an Eligible Combination available between 14:00 and 17:00 (the “Time Offered”) for a discounted price (the “Offer Price”) Monday to Friday:from 26 January 2026 to and including 06 March 2026 (the “Offer Dates”) at the Swedish Deli’s at IKEA Brighton, Hammersmith and Oxford Street (the “Participating Stores”).

3. The “Eligible Combination” is as follows:

How to Claim   

1.     To receive the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must purchase an Eligible Combination on a Monday to Friday during the Time Offered and during the Offer Dates. The Offer Price will be applied automatically to the Eligible Combination at the checkout.

Exclusions   

2.      The Offer is only available between Monday and Friday within the Offer Dates. It is not available on Saturday or Sundays.

3.      The Offer on the Eligible Combination is subject to availability.

4.      This Offer is not redeemable at the Swedish Deli’s at IKEA Belfast, Southampton, Warrington, Wembley, Gateshead, Croydon, Milton Keynes, Manchester, Leeds, Lakeside, Nottingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, Reading, Sheffield, Greenwich, Wednesbury Exeter, Chester, Harlow, Norwich or Aberdeen.

5.      Excludes any other item not listed as an Eligible Combination.

6.      The Eligible Hot Drink or Eligible Cake may be substituted for alternative products due to events outside of IKEAs control.

7.      This Offer cannot be redeemed using an IKEA gift card.

8.      This Offer is not available online.

9.      The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.

10.   This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

11.    This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with co-worker discount.

12.   Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.    

13.   IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA's reasonable control.

14.   IKEA reserves the right to refuse to honour the Offer to anyone who IKEA reasonably suspects as acting in contravention with the terms and conditions of the Offer or in the spirit of them.

15.   IKEA reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this offer where it becomes necessary to do so.

IKEA Oxford Street ‘Millionth Meatball’ Activity – Instant Win Terms and Conditions – United Kingdom    

By taking part in the ‘Millionth Meatball’ instant win activity, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  

THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of the instant win is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.

HOW TO ENTER THE INSTANT WIN  

• There is no purchase necessary to participate in the Activity.  
• The instant win activity (the ‘Activity’) will run on 03 November 2025 around the IKEA Oxford Street Swedish Deli from 12:00 until 14:00 (the ‘Promotional Period’) where IKEA co-workers will offer IKEA customers free prize draw tickets which will be selected at random from a bucket during the draw which will take place at 14:00 until 15:00 (the ‘Prize Draw’).    
• To be eligible to participate in the Activity, you must:   
  • a) Attend the IKEA Oxford store and collect a numbered ticket from one of the IKEA co-workers stationed near the Swedish Deli. All tickets numbers will be placed in the Prize Draw bucket during the Promotional Period by the IKEA co-workers.     
  • b) Attend the Prize Draw in person.   
  • c) When the winning ticket has been selected and announced, if you have the ticket with the matching number, please present this to the IKEA co-worker conducting the Prize Draw within ten (10) minutes of the announcement. If you do not, you will not be able to claim the prize and an alternative winning ticket will be selected by the same process. This may be repeated as necessary until the Prize Draw closes at 15:00.    
• Multiple tickets are not permitted. Each participant is allowed one ticket only in the Activity.    
• Tickets may not be exchanged with other participants.    
• The Promoter will not accept responsibility for tickets that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.    

ELIGIBILITY

• The Activity is open to individuals aged eighteen (18) or over who are UK residents, save for:  
  • a) employees of the Promoter and agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the instant win or its administration; or  
  • b) members of the households of (a) above.  
• By entering the Activity, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize.
• The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the challenge.  
• The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the challenge.  

THE PRIZE  

• • The holder of the winning ticket will win fifty-two (52) single use coupons which are redeemable at the IKEA Oxford Street Swedish Deli only for the following meal options (the ‘Prize’ or the “Coupons”):
    • Eight (8) Meatballs & Mash: 30348631
    • Eight (8) Meatballs & Fries: 20622338
    • Eight (8) Plantballs & Mash: 00486186
    • Eight (8) Plantballs & Fries: 50622407 (the “Meal Options”).   
  • The Coupons will be valid between 03 November 2025 and 03 November 2026 inclusive (the ‘Coupon Validity Period’).
  • The Coupons are redeemable at the IKEA Oxford Street store Swedish Deli only.   
  • To redeem, the winner must choose one (1) of the Meal Options and present one Coupon at the Swedish Deli checkout per visit. Once it is scanned by a co-worker, it will entitle the winner to one (1) free portion of their selected Meal Option on that visit.   
  • IKEA does not guarantee that each and all Meal Options will be available.   
  • The Coupons will not be redeemable against any other purchase from the Swedish Deli or IKEA Oxford Street store.  
  •  The Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.  
  • The Coupons cannot be redeemed online.   
  • Each Coupon is valid exclusively for one (1) of the Meal Options and must be redeemed during the Coupon Validity Period.   
  • The Coupons cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.  
  • IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any Coupon which IKEA believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently, reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy and not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid.  
  • A damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered Coupon will not be accepted.  
  • IKEA reserves the right to substitute any and all of the Coupons for those of equivalent value as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control preventing fulfilment of the original Coupons.   
  • The Coupons cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, have no cash value, are not transferable, and no change will be given.      
  • By using a Coupon, you agree to these Coupon Terms and Conditions set out here under clause "THE PRIZE" and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected by either sets of these Terms and Conditions.  
  • These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.  
  • The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any Coupon being lost, damaged or delayed in use regardless of cause.   
• There will be one (1) Prize available.   
• For a chance to win the Prize the participant must have taken part in the Activity during the Promotional Period and participated in the Prize Draw.   
• Only customers who take part in the Activity at the IKEA Oxford store will be eligible to claim the Prize.  
• The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.  
• The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.  
• The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize winner, and if applicable copies of their winning ticket to anyone who emails [email protected]  or writes to IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one (1) month after the Activity date stated in bullet point 2. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.   

DATA PROTECTION  

• By entering the Activity, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Activity may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the instant win.

GENERAL

• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Activity.   
• The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Activity where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.  
• If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and any related entrant and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.   
• The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).  
• The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.  
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
