1. Subject to these terms and conditions, this promotion entitles IKEA Family customers to get one (1) item free when purchasing four (4) or more of the Eligible Products at IKEA Lakeside (the “Participating Stores”)

3. To be eligible for this promotion, the customer needs to purchase four (4) or more Eligible Products. The cheapest to be free.
4. This promotion is valid from 05 March 2026 to 12 April 2026 (the "Offer Dates").
5. This promotion is only applicable to the Eligible Products at the Participating Stores.
6. This promotion will be subject to availability.
7. A valid IKEA Family membership card must be presented at the time of purchase.
8. IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA's reasonable control.
9. Discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
10. All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this offer into account.
11. IKEA reserves the right to refuse any IKEA Family membership card or coupon that IKEA believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently or dishonestly. IKEA reserves the right to use their discretion in determining whether the IKEA Family membership is valid.
12. IKEA reserves the right to refuse to honour the promotion to anyone who IKEA reasonably suspect is acting in contravention with these terms and conditions or who IKEA reasonably suspect is acting contrary to the spirit of this promotion.
13. The promoter of this offer is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ. This promotion is governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
IKEA Summer Saviours Quest Prize Draw Terms and Conditions UK
By taking part in the Summer Saviours Quest, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you enter into the prize draw.
THE PROMOTER
The promoter of the prize draw is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.
HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW
!. There is no purchase necessary to participate in the prize draw.
2. The prize draw will run from 01 August 2025 to 31 August 2025 during store opening hours (the “Promotional Period”). All individual prize draw entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified. The activity is at the store’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the Promotional Period. Please check online or in-store for store opening hours.
3. To be eligible to submit a prize draw entry, you must complete the Summer Saviours Quest:
-
- visit the IKEA Lakeside store and use the Summer Saviours Quest form provided to you upon entry to the store to find each of the five (5) IKEA soft toy BJORN bears around the store.
- For each BJORN bear found, the name of the product he is situated by must be entered into the space on the provided Quest form
- the details of an adult aged 18 or over must be completed on the sheet
- Once completed, you must take the worksheet to the post box by the restaurant to enter the prize draw for a chance to win a summer essentials basket.
The Prize cannot be redeemed in any other IKEA store, other than the store in which you complete the Quest.
4. The winner(s) will be selected at random by a computer process. The winner(s) will be notified via the email address provided with in seven (7) days of the prize draw end date. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond and claim the Prize, otherwise an alternative winner will be selected. The Prize will be sent to the winner at a UK address which will need to be supplied upon acknowledgement of the Prize. 5. Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per email address will be included in the prize draw.
6. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.
ELIGIBILITY
7. The prize is open to children under the age of sixteen (16) who are UK residents, save for:
-
- employees of the Promoter and agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
- members of the households of (a) above.
8. Individuals below the age of 16 can participate in the Quest and the prize draw provided that a parent or guardian aged 18 or over provides consent to enter and provides their details on the Quest form.
9. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
10. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
THE PRIZE
11. There will be 1 winner.
12. There will be 1 Prize available to win.
13. The Prize(s): summer essentials –HOLMVI blanket, IKEA 365+ water bottle, FJARMA lunch box, PILLERSTARR cool bag, VARLDENS backpack -the “Prize”)
14. For a chance to win the Prize the participant must have entered the names of all five (5) products correctly on the provided Quest form and taken it to the post box by the restaurant on the day of completion.
15. Only customers who take part in the promotion in a participating IKEA UK store will be eligible to enter a prize draw for the opportunity to win a prize.
16. The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.
18. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: [email protected] or writes to 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
19. As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
DATA PROTECTION
20. By entering the Quest and prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the prize draw, and where relevant, it is confirmed that parent/guardian consent is provided.

GENERAL
22. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Quest and/or prize draw.
23. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offer.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.
25. If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and any related entrant and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
26. The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).
27. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
