Terms and conditions

1.The Offer

1.1.Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA customers who attend and make a purchase at IKEA Harlow between 24 July 2025 and 31 August 2025 inclusive (the “Offer Dates”) will receive a coupon containing an offer for £10 off £50 or more to spend in a single in-store transaction at IKEA Harlow (the “Coupon”) on one of the Offer Dates. The Coupon may only be redeemed during the Offer Dates by IKEA Family Members (the “Offer”).

2.How to Claim  

2.1 When a customer makes a purchase at IKEA Harlow on one of the Offer Dates, they will be given a Coupon containing the Offer alongside their purchase receipt.

2.2 In order to redeem the Offer, the customer must be an IKEA Family Member. The IKEA Family Member must present the Coupon at the checkout at IKEA Harlow on one of the Offer Dates.

2.3 This Offer is valid from the day after the coupon is collected until and including 31 August 2025.

2.4 The £10 can only be spent in a single transaction. If the IKEA Family Member does not use up the £10 in a single transaction, the IKEA Family Member will lose the remainder of the £10 as this cannot be applied to another transaction.

2.5 The minimum spend is £50. The Coupon shall not be redeemed unless the value of the IKEA Family Member’s total purchase is £50 or more.

2.6 IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any Coupon which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy and not the original, which is out of date or which is otherwise invalid. 

2.7 The Offer is not available outside of the Offer Dates.  

2.8 The Offer is only available at IKEA Harlow.

3.Exclusions  

3.1 The Offer is only redeemable on cash and carry items from IKEA Harlow.

3.2 The Offer does not apply to any food or drink purchases including (but not limited to) purchases from: IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market, and IKEA Restaurant.   

3.3 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.

3.4 The Offer can only be redeemed once per IKEA Family Member during the Offer Dates.

3.5 The customer must be an IKEA Family Member in order to redeem the Offer.

3.6 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

3.7 This Offer cannot be redeemed online.

3.8 Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.    

3.9 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA's reasonable control. 

3.10 Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered Coupons will not be accepted. 

4.Additional terms  

4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this offer into account.

4.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

4.3 These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction. 

4.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.  

4.5 The promoter of this promotion for stores in the UK is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.
