Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer 

1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members who on 12 February 2026 (the “Collection Date”) book and participate in the ‘Love at First Bite’ event (the “Event”) at IKEA Hammersmith will receive a coupon (the ‘Coupon’) containing the Offer.  The Coupon entitles IKEA customers to £10 off a minimum spend of £30 for purchases in-store in a single transaction at IKEA Hammersmith (the ‘Offer') on 12 February 2026 only (the “Coupon Validity Period”).  

2. How to redeem

2.1 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must participate in the Events at IKEA Hammersmith and collect a Coupon from a co-worker after participating in the Event on the Collection Date.

2.2 The Coupon must be presented at the checkout at IKEA Hammersmith during the Coupon Validity Period. Once the IKEA Family Member shows their Coupon to a co-worker and the QR code is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £10.00.

2.3 To redeem the Coupon, the value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £30.00 or more in a single transaction.

2.4 To redeem the Coupon, the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.

2.5 The Coupon cannot be utilised as credit. The Coupon is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £30.00 or more.

2.6 IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any voucher which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy any not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid. 

3. Exclusions

3.1 The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Hammersmith and the Coupon must be used during the Coupon Validity Period.  

3.2 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.

3.3 This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family member. 

3.4 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.

3.5 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

3.6 This Offer cannot be redeemed at IKEA re-shop and re-use. 

3.7 The Offer cannot be redeemed online.  

3.8 Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.

3.9 IKEA reserves the right to refuse any Coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.

3.10 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.

3.11 Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered vouchers will not be accepted. 

4. Additional terms

4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account.

4.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4.3 These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.

4.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.

IKEA Family Members: get 20% off “Re-shop Re-use” products on Wednesdays at IKEA Hammersmith   

The Offer  

1.  Subject to these terms and conditions, this promotion entitles IKEA Family Members to 20% off Re-shop and Re-use products (the “Products”) when purchased in-store on a Wednesday at IKEA Hammersmith (the “Offer”) between 04 February 2026 and up to and including 31 August 2026 (the “Offer Dates”).     

How to Claim  

2.  To claim the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must purchase at least one Product from Re-shop and Re-use at IKEA Hammersmith, on a Wednesday that falls within the Offer Dates. The customer must show their IKEA Family Member card at the checkout and a 20% discount will be automatically applied to the transaction.

3.  This Offer is only valid between the Offer Dates.  

4.  The Offer is only available to in-store purchases on a Wednesday during the Offer Dates. The Offer is not available outside of the Offer Dates.  

Exclusions   

5.  This offer only applies to IKEA Hammersmith. 

6.  The Offer cannot be redeemed online.  

7.  The Offer only applies to Re-shop, Re-use products.     

8.  This Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation and Assembly.

3. The “Eligible Combination” is as follows:

How to Claim   

1.     To receive the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must purchase an Eligible Combination on a Monday to Friday during the Time Offered and during the Offer Dates. The Offer Price will be applied automatically to the Eligible Combination at the checkout.

Exclusions   

2.      The Offer is only available between Monday and Friday within the Offer Dates. It is not available on Saturday or Sundays.

3.      The Offer on the Eligible Combination is subject to availability.

4.      This Offer is not redeemable at the Swedish Deli’s at IKEA Belfast, Southampton, Warrington, Wembley, Gateshead, Croydon, Milton Keynes, Manchester, Leeds, Lakeside, Nottingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, Reading, Sheffield, Greenwich, Wednesbury Exeter, Chester, Harlow, Norwich or Aberdeen.
