Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer

1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members that make a purchase at IKEA Greenwich between 27 March 2026 and 30 April 2026 (inclusive) are entitled to £10 off when they spend £70 or more in-store when using the IKEA app in-store to shop during their visit (the “Qualifying Method”) at IKEA Greenwich in a single transaction (‘the Offer’) from the day after they made the initial purchase until 30 June 2026 inclusive (the “Offer Period”).

2. How to redeem

2.1 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must attend the IKEA Greenwich store between 27 March 2026 and 30 April 2026 and make a purchase. The IKEA Family Member will receive a receipt, which will contain the Offer (the “Coupon”). The IKEA Family Member must re-visit the IKEA Greenwich store during the Offer Period, use the checkout lane that supports the Qualifying Method and present the Coupon to a co-worker at the checkout in a single in-store transaction in order to receive the Offer. Once the IKEA Family Member shows their Coupon to a co-worker and the QR code is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £10.00.

2.2 To redeem the Offer, the value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £70.00 or more in a single transaction.

2.3 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout. The Offer cannot be utilised as credit.

2.4 The Offer is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £70.00 or more.

2.5 IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any Coupon which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy any not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid.

3. Exclusions

3.1 The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Greenwich during the Offer Period.

3.2 The Coupon can only be redeemed starting from the day after the initial purchase and up until the end of the Offer Period.

3.3 The Offer is exclusively applicable to IKEA Family Members.

3.4 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.

3.5 This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family Member.

3.6 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.

3.7 The Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers.

3.8 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

3.9 This Offer cannot be redeemed at IKEA re-shop and re-use.

3.10 The Offer cannot be redeemed online.

3.11 Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.

3.12 IKEA reserves the right to refuse any Coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.

3.13 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.

3.14 Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered Coupons will not be accepted.

4. Additional terms

4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account.

4.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4.3 These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.

4.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions  

The Offer 

Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family members who make a purchase to collect from IKEA Greenwich click and collect between 02 November 2025 and 30 November 2025 (inclusive) (the “Collection Dates”) will receive a coupon containing an offer for £10 off £80 or more to spend in a single in-store transaction at IKEA Greenwich (the “Offer”) redeemable from 02 November 2025 to and including 31 December 2025, Monday to Friday only (the “Offer Dates”) (inclusive).

How to Claim  

When a customer makes a purchase for collection from IKEA Greenwich click and collect during the Collection Dates, they will be given a coupon containing the Offer.
In order to redeem the Offer the customer must present the coupon at the checkout at IKEA Greenwich Monday to Friday, during the Offer Dates.
The QR code must be correctly scanned at the till. 
The £10 can only be redeemed in a single transaction. If the customer does not use up the £10 in a single transaction, the customer will lose the remainder of the £10 as this cannot be applied to another transaction.
The minimum spend is £80.
IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a voucher with QR code is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any QR code which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy and not the original, which is out of date or which is otherwise invalid.  
The Offer is not available outside of the Offer Dates.  
The Offer is only available to be redeemed at IKEA Greenwich.

Exclusions  

This Offer is not available on Saturdays or Sundays during the Offer Dates. The Offer does not apply to any food or drink purchases including (but not limited to) purchases from: IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market, and IKEA Restaurant.   
This Offer cannot be redeemed against products from Re-shop and Re-use.
The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.
The Offer can only be redeemed once per customer during the Offer Dates.
The customer must be an IKEA family member in order to use and redeem the Offer. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
This Offer cannot be redeemed online.
Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.    
IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA's reasonable control.  Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered vouchers/QR codes will not be accepted.

IKEA Greenwich IKEA Family Members: discounted Christmas Hampers

Terms and conditions

1. The Offer

Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members are entitled to a discounted price for pre-prepared Christmas Hampers containing food, decorations, and other festive items at the IKEA Greenwich store (the ‘Offer') between 16 November 2025 to 22 December 2025 inclusive (the "Offer Period").

2. How to Claim

2.1 To claim the Offer, the the IKEA Family Member must attend the IKEA Greenwich store (the “Participating Store”) during store opening times and purchase at least one (1) Christmas Hamper in-store within the Offer Period. The IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout. Once their card has been scanned and verified, the IKEA Family Member will be entitled to the reduced price of the Hamper being:·

£49.95 - Large Christmas Hamper (as reduced from £52.50 for non-IKEA Family Members).·
£29.95 - Medium Christmas Hamper (as reduced from £31.65 for non-IKEA Family Members).·
£19.95 - Small Christmas Hamper (as reduced from £21.40 for non-IKEA Family Members). the contents of each hamper are further described at Appendix 1.

2.2 The pre-prepared Christmas Hampers consist of the items, outer box and / or basket, and packaging described and pictured in Appendix 1. IKEA reserves the right to substitute any item or component of the Christmas Hampers with those of equivalent value, subject to availability.

2.3 Christmas Hampers are subject to availability.

3. Exclusions

3.1 The Offer is only available to in-store purchases of Christmas Hampers at the Participating Store during the Offer Period.

3.2 This Offer is limited to five (5) Christmas Hampers per IKEA Family Member, to be purchased in a single transaction. Each IKEA Family member can purchase a maximum of three (3) of the same size Christmas Hamper in a single transaction.

3.3 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

3.4 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with co-worker discount.

3.5 Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.

3.6 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA's reasonable control.
