IKEA Click and Collect customers: £5 off when you spend £50 in store at Participating Stores  

Terms and Conditions

The Offer 

  • Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA customers who purchase and collect an order from a Participating Store between 28 April 2025 and 24 May 2025 inclusive will receive a coupon (the ‘Coupon’) containing the Offer.  The Coupon entitles IKEA Family members to £5 off a minimum spend of £50 for purchases in-store in a single transaction at a Participating Store (the ‘Offer) between 28 April 2025 and 28 June 2025 inclusive (the “Coupon Validity Period”).  
  • The Offer is available to IKEA Family Members at the following Participating Stores:
    • IKEA Edinburgh
    • IKEA Glasgow
    • IKEA Sheffield
  • Each a ‘Participating Store’ together the ‘Participating Stores’.

How to redeem

  • To redeem the Offer, the IKEA customer must purchase and collect and order using IKEA’s Click and Collect service at one of the Participating Stores and collect a Coupon from a co-worker when collecting their order.
  • The Coupon must be presented at the checkout at a Participating Store during the Coupon Validity Period. Once the IKEA Family Member shows their Coupon to a co-worker and it is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £5.00. 
  • To redeem the Coupon, the value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £50.00 or more in a single transaction. 
  • To redeem the Coupon, the customer must be an IKEA Family member and the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.
  • The Coupon cannot be utilised as credit. The Coupon is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £50.00 or more. 
  • IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any voucher which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy any not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid. 

Exclusions

  • The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at the Participating Stores and the Coupon must be used during the Coupon Validity Period.  
  • The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.
  • This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family member.
  • The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.
  • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
  • The Offer cannot be redeemed online.  
  • Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.
  • IKEA reserves the right to refuse any Coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.
  • IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.
  • Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered vouchers will not be accepted.  

Additional terms

  • All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account.
  • By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 
  • These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions. 
  • The promoter of this promotion for stores in the UK is IKEA Limited of 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FH.  

IKEA In-Home Wardrobe Planning Service Terms and Conditions

About these Terms and Conditions:

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the IKEA In-Home Wardrobe Planning Service (the “Service”).  
  • References to “IKEA”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” in these terms refer to IKEA Limited, company registration number 01986283, registered address: 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH

Our In-Home Wardrobe Planning Service:

  • The Service is currently available for the following postcodes in the Glasgow area: FK1-21,  G1-5,  G9,  G11-15,  G20-21,  G23,  G31-34,  G40-46,  G51-53,  G58,  G60-79,  G81-84,  G90,  KA3-4,  KA7,  KA10-11,  KA13-15,  KA20- 25,  KA30,  ML1-11,  PA1-19 (collectively the “Eligible Postcodes”)  
  • The In-Home Wardrobe Planning Service involves an IKEA Bedroom Specialist (the “Bedroom Specialist”) visiting the customer’s home to provide accurate measurements of the room and to create a wardrobe design based on the customer’s preferred design using the measurements taken during the visit. The design options may be limited by the room shape or size.  
  • The Bedroom Specialist will measure the following:
    • Room dimension (height, length, width)
    • Dimension and position of windows and doors
    • Width and height of all windows (including the sill and facings) and their height above the floor
    • Position of ceiling obstacles, including sloping 
    • Position of electric e.g. Pipes, radiators
    • Confirm that all room corners are square
  • All required dimensions will be entered into the IKEA Wardrobe Planner. The customer will be asked to set up an account and log in so they can access the measurements and wardrobe plan after the appointment. The customer should review these plans after the appointment and decide on suitability for the customer’s intended use.   
  • You will be contacted prior to your In-Home Wardrobe Planning appointment to confirm the appointment, your address, and to provide you with information to help you to prepare for the visit.   
  • By using this Service, the customer acknowledges that the Service is provided subject to the warranties and rights set out herein. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are hereby excluded, except as required by law. Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or limit the customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law. 

How to book the Service

  • The Service is only available for the Eligible Postcodes in the Glasgow area and is subject to availability of appointments.  
  • If you are within the Eligible Postcode area and are eligible for an appointment, visit Explore Our Interior Planning & Consultation Service - IKEAto view and book available appointments.    
  • The Service is chargeable in accordance with the prices listed on the webpage (Explore Our Interior Planning & Consultation Service - IKEA) (being the “Service Charge”). However, on completion of the Service the Bedroom Specialist shall provide you with a voucher containing an amount equal to the Service Charge which can be redeemed online and in-store when making a bedroom furniture purchase during the period listed on the voucher itself. Please note that the voucher cannot be used for purchases other than bedroom furniture.  

Important information

  • You are required to provide necessary information so that the Bedroom Specialist can carry out the Service. This information may include but is not limited to, details regarding the type of property, any specific access restrictions or requirements, parking restrictions and any special conditions.   
  • Our Bedroom Specialist will need access to your property and the area where the work is to be carried out to provide the Service.  
  • To ensure a safe working environment you must ensure all major building work is complete and the area being measured is safe for our specialist to work in. Final wall positions must be in place with plasterboard applied for us to obtain exact sizes. The work of removing any walls/partitions etc must be done in advance of the measure appointment. The Bedroom Specialist has the right to abort any appointment where they the area unsafe or not finished to a measure-ready standard.   
  • In the event of incorrect/incomplete information, or adequate access is not provided, we may have no alternative than to suspend the provision of the Service and we will not be responsible for any consequences or loss as a result.  
  • IKEA accepts no liability for room dimension accuracy provided by the customer unless you have used an IKEA Bedroom Specialist for measurements.   
  • IKEA will not accept any liability where any structural changes have occurred after the measuring which could affect the accuracy of the wardrobe measurements (e.g. wall removal, building a new wall etc.)  
  • It cannot be guaranteed that the customer will find suitable products. Products are subject to availability and suitability. 

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation or postponement of your appointment must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (“Cancellation Notice Period”). Please use the link provided in your confirmation of booking email to change or cancel your appointment.   
  • We will confirm your change or cancellation of appointment in writing via email. In the event that you have made payment in advance for Services that have not been provided to you, we will refund those amounts to you. 
  • If you fail to notify us in accordance with the Cancellation Notice Period, or are not on site when the Bedroom Specialist arrives, you will not be refunded for the Service.  
  • If the Bedroom Specialist arrives on the day of your appointment and is unable to complete the service due to circumstances outlined herein, you will not be refunded for the Service.   
  • In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, outside our reasonable control (which may include, but are not limited to, vehicle breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) or the key personnel or key materials necessary to provide the Service is unavailable, we may have to cancel or rearrange your order for the Service. We will promptly contact you if this happens and arrange a new appointment with you. If you have made any payment in advance for Services that have not been provided to you, we will refund these amounts to you. 

Our liability

  • As far as is permitted by law, IKEA and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Service except where it is caused by the negligence of IKEA or its agents. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General

  • IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Service and these conditions at any time without notice.  
  • These terms and conditions may change from time to time so please check these before making any purchase.

Our Bedroom Measurement Service:

  • Your Bedroom measurement details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your appointment.   
  • You will be contacted prior to your Bedroom Measurement Service appointment to confirm the appointment, your address, and to provide you with any relevant information to help you to prepare for the visit.   
  • By using this Service, the customer acknowledges that the Service is provided subject to the warranties and rights set out herein. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are hereby excluded, except as required by law. Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or limit the customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law.
