IKEA Edinburgh Safari Adventures – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions United Kingdom  

By taking part in the IKEA Safari Adventures, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you enter into the prize draw.

THE PROMOTER

The promoter of the prize draw is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.

HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

1.      There is no purchase necessary to participate in the prize draw.

2.      The prize draw will run from 11/10/2025 to 20/10/2025 during store opening hours (the “Promotional Period”). All individual prize draw entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified. The activity is at the store’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the Promotional Period. Please check online or in-store for store opening hours.  

3.      To be eligible to submit a prize draw entry, you must complete the IKEA Safari Adventures trail sheet:

    (a)     visit the IKEA Edinburgh store and use the IKEA Safari Adventures activity sheet provided to you in store

    (b)    you will need to fill in your activity sheet

    (c)     entrants must be aged twelve (12) or under, the details of an adult aged 18 or over must be completed on the sheet

    (d)    all entrants must get permission from a parent or guardian to enter the prize draw and the details of the parent or guardian must be entered onto the activity sheet

    (e)    Once completed, you must take the worksheet to the checkouts [RL4] to enter the prize draw for a chance to win a hamper of IKEA goodies (the Prize).

4.      The Prize cannot be redeemed in any other IKEA store, other than the store in which you complete the prize draw entry.

5.      The winner will be selected at random by a computer process. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will be notified via the email address provided with in fourteen (14) days of the prize draw end date. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond and claim the Prize, otherwise an alternative winner will be selected. The Prize will be sent to the winner at a UK address which will need to be supplied upon acknowledgement of the Prize.  

6.      Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per person will be included in the prize draw.

7.      The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.

ELIGIBILITY

8.      The prize is open to children the age twelve (12) or under who are UK residents, save for:

    (a)     employees of the Promoter and agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or

    (b)    members of the households of (a) above.

9.      Individuals aged 12 and under can participate in the prize draw provided that a parent or guardian aged 18 provides consent to enter and provides their details on the entry form.

10.    By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

11.     The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

14.    For a chance to win the Prize the participant must have completed their Safari Adventures activity sheet on the entry form provided and taken it to the checkouts, during the Promotional Period.

15.    The winner will be selected at random by a computer process.

16.    Only customers who take part in the promotion in participating at IKEA Edinburgh will be eligible to enter a prize draw for the opportunity to win a prize.

17.    The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

18.    The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.

19.    The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: [email protected] or writes to IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

20.   As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DATA PROTECTION

21.    By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the prize draw, and where relevant, it is confirmed that parent/guardian consent is provided.

GENERAL

23.   If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

24.   The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.

25.   If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and any related entrant and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.

26.   The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).

27.    The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

28.   These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

IKEA customers: Selected FANTASTISK 40x40cm 3 for £5 in-store at IKEA Edinburgh.  

  1. Subject to these terms and conditions, this promotion entitles IKEA customers to get 3 FANTASTISK napkins 40x40cm for £5 of the Eligible Products at IKEA Edinburgh (the “Participating Store”) only.

IKEA Edinburgh: family and friends of co-workers get 15% off in-store purchases between 11 August 2025 to 24 August 2025

Terms and conditions   

The Offer

  1.    Subject to these terms and conditions, this offer entitles family and friends of IKEA Edinburgh co-workers to 15% off purchases made in-store at IKEA Edinburgh when presenting the Offer QR code and their IKEA Family membership card at the checkout (the "Offer") from 11 August 2025 to 24 August 2025 (the “Offer Period”).  

 

How to Claim  

2.     To redeem this Offer, the family and/or friends must receive the coupon with QR code from the co-worker. The family and/or friends must present the coupon with QR code at the checkout in-store at Participating Stores during the Offer Dates. The family and/or friends must present their IKEA Family membership card. 

3.      Each co-worker is entitled to distribute a maximum of two (2) QR codes to friends and family.

4.      Only one (1) QR code can be used in a single transaction per friend/family member.

5.      The Offer cannot be redeemed in addition to the pre-existing 15% discount for all co-workers.

6.      The Offer can be used in conjunction with any current home furnishing offers for IKEA Family members.

7.      This Offer is only valid at IKEA Edinburgh.

8.      This Offer is only valid during the Offer Period.   

9.      This Offer is only available for IKEA Family members.

10.   This Offer is only available to in-store purchases at IKEA Edinburgh.

11.    IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a QR code is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any QR code which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy and not the original, which is out of date or which is otherwise invalid.  

Exclusions  

12.   The Offer does not apply to purchases from: IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market, and IKEA Restaurant.   

13.   The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning. 

14.   This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with IKEA co-worker discount.

15.   This Offer cannot be redeemed online.

17.    Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.   

18.   The IKEA store reserves the right to refuse any QR code that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.  

19.   IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA's reasonable control.

20.  Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered QR codes will not be accepted.

IKEA Click and Collect customers: £5 off when you spend £50 in store at Participating Stores  

Terms and Conditions

The Offer 

  • Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA customers who purchase and collect an order from a Participating Store between 28 April 2025 and 24 May 2025 inclusive will receive a coupon (the ‘Coupon’) containing the Offer.  The Coupon entitles IKEA Family members to £5 off a minimum spend of £50 for purchases in-store in a single transaction at a Participating Store (the ‘Offer) between 28 April 2025 and 28 June 2025 inclusive (the “Coupon Validity Period”).  
  • The Offer is available to IKEA Family Members at the following Participating Stores:
    • IKEA Edinburgh
    • IKEA Glasgow
    • IKEA Sheffield
  • Each a ‘Participating Store’ together the ‘Participating Stores’.

How to redeem

  • To redeem the Offer, the IKEA customer must purchase and collect and order using IKEA’s Click and Collect service at one of the Participating Stores and collect a Coupon from a co-worker when collecting their order.
  • The Coupon must be presented at the checkout at a Participating Store during the Coupon Validity Period. Once the IKEA Family Member shows their Coupon to a co-worker and it is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £5.00. 
  • To redeem the Coupon, the value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £50.00 or more in a single transaction. 
  • To redeem the Coupon, the customer must be an IKEA Family member and the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.
  • The Coupon cannot be utilised as credit. The Coupon is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £50.00 or more. 
  • IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any voucher which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy any not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid. 

Exclusions

  • The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at the Participating Stores and the Coupon must be used during the Coupon Validity Period.  
  • The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.
  • This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family member.
  • The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.
  • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
  • The Offer cannot be redeemed online.
