IKEA Family members: who attend the Car Boot event get discount off a Qualifying Spend in-store at IKEA Croydon

Terms and Conditions  

1. Eligibility  

Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members who on 29 March 2026 between 9:30 and 13:30 (the “Collection Date”) attend the Car Boot event (the “Event”) at IKEA Croydon and receive a leaflet containing the Offer from a co-worker (the “Coupon”) are entitled to this Offer when making a Qualifying Spend in a single transaction in-store only at IKEA Croydon (the “Offer”) on 29 March 2026 to and including 12 April 2026 (the “Coupon Validity Period”).  

2. The Offer  

2.1 This Offer entitles IKEA Family members to tiered discounts based on their total spend in a single transaction. The following sets out how the discount amount will be calculated. 

  • £5 off when you spend £50 or more; or
  • £10 off when you spend £100 or more.  

each a “Qualifying Spend”.

2.2  The discount provided under this Offer is not cumulative. IKEA Family members are only entitled to one tiered discount per Qualifying Spend. For example, if an IKEA Family member spends £100 or more, they will qualify for a £10 discount only.

3. How to redeem  

3.1 To redeem the Offer, IKEA Family members must attend the Event at IKEA Croydon and collect a Coupon from a co-worker during the Collection Date. 

3.2 The IKEA Family Member must reach the minimum Qualifying Spend threshold in a single transaction during the Coupon Validity Period and present the Coupon to a co-worker at the checkout. Once the QR code is scanned and applied the appropriate discount will automatically be applied to the IKEA Family Members in-store purchase reaching Qualifying Spend at the checkout.  

3.3 The IKEA Family Member must reach the minimum Qualifying Spend to redeem the Coupon.  

3.4 To redeem the Coupon, the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.  

3.5 The Coupon cannot be utilised as credit.  

3.6 IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any Coupon which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy and not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid.   

4. Exclusions  

4.1 The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Croydon only and the Coupon must be used during the Coupon Validity Period.  

4.2 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.  

4.3 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.   

4.4 This Offer cannot be redeemed at IKEA re-shop and re-use. 

4.5 This Offer cannot be redeemed online.  

4.6 This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family Member.  

4.7 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning  

4.8 This Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.   

4.9 IKEA reserves the right to refuse any Coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.   

4.10 IKEA reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this Offer where it becomes necessary to do so, or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.  

4.11 Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered Coupons will not be accepted. 

5. General  

5.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account.   

5.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions.   

5.3 These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.  

5.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.

IKEA Family Members: get £10 off when you spend £65 in store at IKEA Croydon  

Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer 

1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members who between 13 February 2026 and 22 February 2026 (the “Collection Dates”) participate in one of the following events at IKEA Croydon: 

      • Sip & Paint: His, Hers or Mine;
      • Bigs vs Small Challenge Day;
      • From the Heart: Handmade Cards Workshop;
      • Flip, sizzle and serve: Pancake Day Live Kitchen; or
      • Light & Prosper: Lunar New Year Workshop.

(together the” Events”)    

will receive a coupon (the ‘Coupon’) containing the Offer.  The Coupon entitles IKEA customers to £10 off a minimum spend of £65 for purchases in-store in a single transaction at IKEA Croydon (the ‘Offer') between 13 February 2026 and 28 February 2026 inclusive (the “Coupon Validity Period”).  

2. How to redeem 

2.1 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must participate in any of the Events at IKEA Croydon and collect a Coupon from a co-worker after participating in one of the Events between the Collection Dates. 

2.2 The Coupon must be presented at the checkout at IKEA Croydon during the Coupon Validity Period. Once the IKEA Family Member shows their Coupon to a co-worker and the QR code is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £10.00. 

2.3 To redeem the Coupon, the value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £65.00 or more in a single transaction. 

2.4 To redeem the Coupon, the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout. 

2.5 The Coupon cannot be utilised as credit. The Coupon is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £65.00 or more. 

2.6 IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any voucher which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy any not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid.

3.1 The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Croydon and the Coupon must be used during the Coupon Validity Period.  

3.2 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.

3.9 IKEA reserves the right to refuse any Coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently. 

3.10 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control. 

3.11 Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered vouchers will not be accepted.  

4. Additional terms 

4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account. 

4.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
