IKEA Cardiff GREJSIMOJS colour trail – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions United Kingdom  

By taking part in the IKEA GREJSIMOJS colour trail prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you enter into the prize draw.

THE PROMOTER

The promoter of the prize draw is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.

HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

1. There is no purchase necessary to participate in the prize draw. 

2. The prize draw will run from 14/02/2026 to 22/02/2026 during store opening hours (the “Promotional Period”). All individual prize draw entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified. The activity is at the store’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the Promotional Period. Please check online or in-store for store opening hours.  

3.      To be eligible to submit a prize draw entry, you must complete the IKEA GREJSIMOJS colour trail sheet (the “Activity Sheet”):

     (a)     visit the IKEA Cardiff store and use the Activity Sheet provided to you in store;

     (b)    you will need to fill in your Activity Sheet;

     (c)     all entrants must be aged twelve (12) or under but obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to enter the prize draw and the contact details of the parent or guardian must be entered onto the Activity Sheet;

     (d)    Once completed, you must take the worksheet to the Bistro on Level 1 [RL4] to enter the prize draw for a chance to win the Prize.

4.      The Prize cannot be redeemed in any other IKEA store, other than the store in which you complete the prize draw entry.

5.      The winner will be selected at random by a computer process. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will be notified via the email address provided within fourteen (14) days of the prize draw end date. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond and claim the Prize, otherwise an alternative winner will be selected. The Prize will be sent to the winner at a UK address which will need to be supplied upon acknowledgement of the Prize.   

6.      Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per person will be included in the prize draw.

7.      The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.

ELIGIBILITY

8.      The prize is open to children aged twelve (12) or under who must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian aged 18 or over whom provides their contact details on the Activity Sheet and whom are UK residents, save for:

     (a)     employees of the Promoter and agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or

     (b)    members of the households of (a) above.  

9.      By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

10.    The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

THE PRIZE

11.     There will be 1 winner.

12.    There will be 1 Prize available to win

13.    Prizes may vary depending on available stock, but include: 80602083, 80602078 or 20607050 Grejsimojs soft toys.

14.    For a chance to win the Prize the participant must have completed their Activity Sheet provided to them by the store and taken it to the Bistro on Level 1, during the Promotional Period

15.    Only customers who take part in the promotion at IKEA Cardiff will be eligible to enter a prize draw for the opportunity to win a prize.

16.    The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

17.    The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.

18.    The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: [email protected] or writes to IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

19.    As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DATA PROTECTION

20.   By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the prize draw, and where relevant, it is confirmed that parent/guardian consent is provided.

GENERAL

22.   If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

23.   The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

24.   The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.

25.   If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and any related entrant and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.  

26.   The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).

27.    The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

28.   These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Offer

Terms and conditions   

The Offer

  1.     Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Cardiff customers get £10 off when spending £60 or more with as an IKEA Family member on their next in-store visit to IKEA Cardiff between 03 January 2026 to and including 18 January 2026 (the “Offer Dates”) when they purchase a live Christmas tree from IKEA Cardiff between 21 November 2025 to 23 December 2025 (the "Offer").  

How to Claim  

  1.        In order to redeem the voucher the customer must present the voucher at the checkout during the Offer Dates.

2.       The QR code must be correctly scanned at the till.

3.       This Offer is valid from 03 January 2026 to and including 18 January 2026 (the "Offer Dates").  

4.       This Offer is only available at IKEA Bristol (the “Participating store”).

5.       IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a voucher with QR code is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any QR code which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy and not the original, which is out of date or which is otherwise invalid.  

6.       The Offer is only available to in-store purchases at IKEA Bristol during the Offer Date. The Offer is not available outside of the Offer Dates.  

Exclusions  

7.       The Offer does not apply to purchases from: IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market, and IKEA Restaurant.

8.       This Offer does not apply to artificial Christmas trees.

18.    Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered vouchers/QR codes will not be accepted.

How to redeem

Car Boot Sale - terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply between the Selected Sellers (“you” or “your”) and IKEA Limited (Company No. 01986283) whose registered office is 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton United Kingdom, MK9 1FH

How does the car boot sale work?

  • Customers will be invited to participate in the second-hand home furnishing market next to the IKEA store at IKEA Cardiff (the “Event”). To enter, customers must register via Events tool online to enter for a place at the IKEA Cardiff. Successful entrants will receive an email from the relevant email above to confirm their place at the Event. Only those who receive an email confirmation from the relevant email address are confirmed to take part in the Event (“Selected Sellers”). The car boot sale is a free event, customers and Selected Sellers will not be expected to pay. Sellers will be selected by IKEA in advance and will set up their stalls on the day of the event prior to the arrival of the customers.

WHERE IS THE CAR BOOT SALE OFFERED?

  • The car boot sale is running on selected dates at the following IKEA stores: IKEA Cardiff – 18th May 2024 , 9:30am to 12pm, 19th May 2024 9:30am to 12pm  

WHO CAN SELL?

  • The Selected Sellers are permitted to sell items, provided that they sell their personal property. For the avoidance of doubt, businesses and traders are not permitted to sell goods at this Event. All Selected Sellers must be aged 18 +.

PROHIBITED PRODUCTS  

  • The following items are not permitted to be sold at the car boot sale:
  • Electrical goods  
  • Hacked or modified products
  • Food items 
  • Clothing  
  • Mattresses
  • Prams and pushchairs
  • Paraffin heaters  
  • Any age restricted products
  • Oil heaters  
  • Firearms or weapons
  • Counterfeit goods  
  • Products or material which could be considered offensive, is discriminatory, obscene or defamatory or includes (whether by image, gesture or other material of any kind) any violence, sex, nudity, cruelty, weapons, religious iconography or anything which may reasonably be considered to be offensive, anti-social, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable, and/or otherwise illegal.
  • The sale of toys is permitted, provided the CE or UKCA marking is present.
  • The sale of furniture requiring fire safety labelling is permitted, provided the correct labelling (per the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations 1988) is attached. Otherwise, its sale strictly prohibited.

IKEA RESPONSIBILITY

  • IKEA is facilitating the space for the Event. For the avoidance of doubt, IKEA has no involvement in the sale of items between Selected Sellers and the Selected Seller’s customers. IKEA, therefore, is not responsible for payment or after sale disputes between Selected Sellers and the Selected Seller’s customers.
  • IKEA is not responsible for any loss or damage to any person’s car or property entering or on the site.

LIABILITY

  • IKEA shall not be liable to the Selected Seller’s customer or the Selected Seller in relation to the sale of items.
  • Persons entering and taking part in the car boot sale do so at their own risk.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Please note that IKEA is not responsible or liable for any items purchased as part of the Event. Items bought as part of this event are not able to be refunded or returned. No item can be returned or exchanged for cash or cash value.

CANCELLATION

  • IKEA reserves the right to cancel this event at any time.

PRIVACY

  • Our privacy policy (together with our website’s terms of use) sets out why we collect data from you and how it will be processed by IKEA. Please read the Privacy policy available on our website, carefully so that you understand our views and practices and how we will treat your data.
  • For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and any future amendments or subsequent legislation, IKEA Limited is the “Data Controller”. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS  

  • By signing up to the car boot sale you agree to these Terms & Conditions.  
  • These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
