IKEA Click and Collect customers: £5 off when you spend £30 in store at IKEA Belfast 

Terms and Conditions 

The Offer

  • Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA customers who purchase and collect an order from IKEA Belfast between 28 April 2025 and 24 May 2025 inclusive will receive a coupon (the ‘Coupon’) containing the Offer.  The Coupon entitles IKEA Family members to £5 off a minimum spend of £30 for purchases in-store in a single transaction at IKEA Belfast (the ‘Offer) between 28 April 2025 and 28 June 2025 (inclusive) (the ‘Coupon Validity Period’).  
  • The Coupon may only be redeemed at IKEA Belfast.  

How to redeem

  • To redeem the Offer, the IKEA customer must purchase and collect an order using IKEA’s Click and Collect service at IKEA Belfast and collect a Coupon from a co-worker when collecting their order.
  • The Coupon must be presented at the checkout at IKEA Belfast during the Coupon Validity Period. Once the IKEA Family Member shows their Coupon to a co-worker and it is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £5.00.
  • To redeem the Coupon, the value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £30.00 or more, in a single transaction. 
  • To redeem the Coupon, the customer must be an IKEA Family member and the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.
  • The Coupon cannot be utilised as credit. The Coupon is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £30.00 or more.
  • IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any voucher which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy any not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid.

Exclusions

  • The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Belfast and the Coupon must be used during the Coupon Validity Period.  
  • The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.
  • This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family member.
  • The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning. 
  • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
  • The Offer cannot be redeemed online.  
  • Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.
  • IKEA reserves the right to refuse any Coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.
  • IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.
  • Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered vouchers will not be accepted.  

Additional terms

  • All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account.
  • By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 
  • These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions. 
  • The promoter of this promotion for stores in the UK is IKEA Limited of 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FH.   

IKEA BELFAST Eggstravaganza Activity Trail – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions United Kingdom  

  • By taking part in the IKEA Eggstravaganza Activity trail, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you enter into the prize draw.

THE PROMOTER

  • The promoter of the prize draw is IKEA Limited of 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH.

HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

  • There is no purchase necessary to participate in the prize draw.
  • The prize draw will run from 14/04/2025 to 27/04/2025 during store opening hours (the “Promotional Period”). All individual prize draw entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified. The activity is at the store’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the Promotional Period. Please check online or in-store for store opening hours. 
  • To be eligible to submit a prize draw entry, you must complete the IKEA Eggstravaganza Activity trail sheet:
    • (a)     visit the IKEA Belfast store  and use the Eggstravaganza Activity trail form provided to you in store
    • (b)    you will need to fill in your activity sheet
    • (c)     entrants must be aged twelve (12) or under, the details of an adult aged 18 or over must be completed on the sheet
    • (d)    all entrants must get permission from a parent or guardian to enter the prize draw and the details of the parent or guardian must be entered onto the activity sheet
    • (e)    Once completed, you must take the worksheet to the post box in our Swedish Food Market to enter the prize draw for a chance to win a hamper of Mala products 
  • The Prize cannot be redeemed in any other IKEA store, other than the store in which you complete the prize draw entry.
  • The winner will be selected at random by a computer process. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will be notified via the email address provided with in fourteen (14) days of the prize draw end date. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond and claim the Prize, otherwise an alternative winner will be selected. The Prize will be sent to the winner at a UK address which will need to be supplied upon acknowledgement of the Prize.
  • Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per person will be included in the prize draw. 
  • The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.

ELIGIBILITY

  • The prize is open to children the age twelve (12) or under who are UK residents, save for:
    • (a)     employees of the Promoter and agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
    • (b)    members of the households of (a) above.
  •  Individuals aged 12 and under can participate in the prize draw provided that a parent or guardian aged 18 provides consent to enter and provides their details on the entry form.
  • By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
  • The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw. 

THE PRIZE

  • There will be 1 prize available 
  • Prizes may vary depending on available stock, but include:
    • Mala arts & crafts products up to the value of £50.
    • These may include: Mala portable drawing case, Mala multipack felt tip pens, paper, coloured pencils, watercolour paint box, set of 6 brushes and cardboard town set 
  • For a chance to win the Prize the participant must have completed their Eggstravaganza activity trail on the entry form provided and taken it to the post box in the Swedish Food Market,  during the Promotional Period
  • The winner will be selected at random by a computer process. 
  • Only customers who take part in the promotion in participating at IKEA Belfast will be eligible to enter a prize draw for the opportunity to win a prize. 
  • The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.
  • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4 of "HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW". If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: [email protected] or writes to 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.  

 DATA PROTECTION

  • By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the prize draw, and where relevant, it is confirmed that parent/guardian consent is provided.

GENERAL

  • If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.
  • If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and any related entrant and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited. 
  • The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants). 
  • The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
