IKEA Belfast ‘Build the Easter Bunny’s bouquet’ trail – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions United Kingdom
By taking part in the ‘Build the Easter Bunny’s bouquet’ prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you enter into the prize draw.
THE PROMOTER
The promoter of the prize draw is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.
HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW
1. There is no purchase necessary to participate in the prize draw.
2. The prize draw will run from 30/03/2026 to 12/04/2026 during store opening hours (the “Promotional Period”). All individual prize draw entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified. The activity is at the store’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the Promotional Period. Please check online or in-store for store opening hours.
3. To be eligible to submit a prize draw entry, you must complete the ‘Build the Easter Bunny’s bouquet’ trail sheet (the “Activity Sheet”):
(a) visit the IKEA Belfast store and use the Activity Sheet provided to you in store;
(b) you will need to fill in your Activity Sheet;
(c) all entrants must be aged twelve (12) or under but obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to enter the prize draw and the contact details of the parent or guardian must be entered onto the Activity Sheet;
(d) Once completed, you must take the worksheet to the postbox in Bristro to enter the prize draw for a chance to win the Prize.
4. The Prize cannot be redeemed in any other IKEA store, other than the store in which you complete the prize draw entry.
5. The winner will be selected at random by a computer process. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will be notified via the email address provided with in fourteen (14) days of the prize draw end date. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond and claim the Prize, otherwise an alternative winner will be selected. The Prize will be collected by the winner at the IKEA Belfast store which will need to be arranged upon acknowledgement of the Prize.
6. Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per person will be included in the prize draw.
7. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.
ELIGIBILITY
8. The prize is open to children aged twelve (12) or under who must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian aged 18 or over whom provides their contact details on the Activity Sheet and whom are UK residents, save for:
(a) employees of the Promoter and agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
(b) members of the households of (a) above.
9. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
10. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
THE PRIZE

13. Prizes may vary depending on available stock, but include:products for our Mala range such as felt tip pens, crayons, pencils, paper, products from our Easter Tjarlek range such as hanging decorations and 1 soft toy. The hamper will total up to £50 the “Prize(s)
14. For a chance to win the Prize the participant must have completed their the ‘Build the Easter Bunny’s bouquet’ Activity Sheet provided to them by the store and taken it to the postbox in Bistro during the Promotional Period
15. Only customers who take part in the promotion at IKEA Belfast will be eligible to enter a prize draw for the opportunity to win a prize.
16. The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.
18. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: [email protected] or writes to IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
19. As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
DATA PROTECTION
20. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the prize draw, and where relevant, it is confirmed that parent/guardian consent is provided.

GENERAL
22. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
23. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.
25. If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and any related entrant and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
26. The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).
27. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Offer
1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members that visit and make a purchase at the IKEA Boulevard Pop Up between 09 February 2026 and 08 March 2026 (inclusive) are entitled to £10 off when they spend £60 or more in store at IKEA Belfast in a single transaction (‘the Offer’) between 09 March 2025 until 04 April 2026 inclusive (the ‘Offer Period’).
2. How to redeem
2.1 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must visit the IKEA Boulevard Pop Up and make a purchase between 09 February 2026 and 08 March 2026. The IKEA Family Member will receive a coupon, which will contain the Offer (the ‘Coupon’). The IKEA Family Member must visit the IKEA Belfast store during the Offer Period and present the Coupon to a co-worker at the checkout in a single in-store transaction in order to receive the Offer. Once the IKEA Family Member shows their Coupon to a co-worker and the QR code is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £10.00.
2.2 To redeem the Offer, the value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £60.00 or more in a single transaction.
2.3 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.
2.4 The Offer cannot be utilised as credit. The Offer is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £60.00 or more.
2.5 IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any Coupon which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy any not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid.
3. Exclusions
3.1 The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Belfast during the Offer Period.
3.2 The Offer is exclusively applicable to IKEA Family Members.
3.3 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.
3.4 This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family Member.
3.5 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.
3.6 The Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers.
3.7 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
3.8 The Offer cannot be redeemed online.
3.9 Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.
3.10 IKEA reserves the right to refuse any Coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.
3.11 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.
3.12 Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered Coupons will not be accepted.
4. Additional terms
4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account.
4.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
4.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
