The product I've purchased has missing parts, what shall I do?
We're very sorry to hear this! If there is a six digit code provided on the assembly guide, these parts can be sent directly to you for free.
We're very sorry to hear this. Alternatively, most of our stores (except Plan & Order Points) have a small spare parts selection available at Customer Services, but stock will be subject to availability.
If there is no 6-digit code, you can visit any of our IKEA stores with your proof of purchase, and we will provide the part for you. Alternatively, you can contact us. This is only available when your item is still under warranty.
