What can I do when I have a problem with my order from ASCI?
If you are waiting for your order, start by checking your e-mail for your order confirmation and your track and manage my order e-mail. Find your tracking ID and visit the track and manage my order page.
If you are missing your order or an item in your order, or received a damaged or incorrect item from ASCI, and need to make a claim or return, please visit our Spare Parts page and find the link to the ASCI contact form. ASCI will respond within 24 hours.
