What do I need to collect my parcel from a DPD external pick-up point?
Please take along your Pick-up Pass, as well as any relevant personal ID.
DPD will send you a unique Pick-up Pass which needs to be presented in the Pickup Point along with relevant personal ID before the parcel can be handed out. The communication will be sent to you once the parcel has been scanned as received at the Pickup point.
